Yes,  All users have the same registration system, it is a transversal social network, all can be creators and consumers at the same time. The identity of a user is linked to the private key of his wallet, sending a tx genesis that will define his nickname, avatar etc ... This information is registered in the blockchain. For this reason Creativechain does not own this information, nor can it manipulate or delete users. In this way we can create identities without creating private databases controlled by the system developers. For this reason it is a decentralized user registration system. The network is built under a social structure of follower users. If a profile does not interest you do not follow it. Technically what the system does is follow a public key and all its metadata issued in the blockchain.

I agree with you. The price is still pretty low. You should acummulate as much as possible, because this coin will be a gamechanger in the cryptoscene. The CREA platform will be a full decentralized market for digital goods.
