Currently with the high transaction fees and the unstable price, it really hard to put up a business that offers bitcoin as payment. Lending is an option but it has risk as mentioned, to me the only logical choice right now its just put up a offline business. And save enough money to buy bitcoin as investment. In this way, you can grow your offline business and have bitcoin at the same time.

Using LTC or any other crypto currency which may be helpful to your business or which has the popularity in your locality. Right now BTC is hit with many problems and though there are some companies are started taking BTC as payment, many of them are trying for an alternative.

Depends how much did you get in your bitcoin wallet . You can start a small business with 1 btc , for example buy 1 rig and mine ethereum / zcash and you can earn per monthly about 300-700$ usd depends by coin value . I think this is the fastest method you can do business and also it is one profitable
Second my idea open a website and get your hosting , you can be a re-seller etc , this business doesnt requires more than 0.1- max 0.2 btc , I had one business like that but it is not so profitable like mining

That's supposed to be the first step forward, because every business has its secret and you don't get anywhere without first mastering those secrets. Making an online shopping website is a good business to increase bitcoins. This can be a good start to a successful business. You don’t have to open full shopping mall online you can start with items of one category only and build from there. Accepting bitcoins as your payments can really increase your profit margins.

I am starting the same with bitcoins. I got a great idea about investing bitcoins to multiply them in about a year. But the all we need is a plenty of bitcoins. If you have 5+ bitcoins you can also look forward. You can setup your own mining farm with a plenty of good miners. Im looking forward to purchase some 3-4 Antmimer L3+ for now and i will eventually imcrease my mining farm. If you dont have enough funds, you can look for some good investors to invest in your business.
