$1300 is not very much higher than what we are at now, so it's certainly a possibility.

in the first week of may we can expect that the price of bitcoins will cross the mark of 1300$ .if it does not happen in the month of may it is definetely gonna happen in the month of june .no doubt about that.

No, it won't anytime soon. Bitcoin price has mark $1300 as the higher point, we won't see it as long as this block problem not resolved yet. Because every time bitcoin price increases followed by unconfirmed transaction increase as well, very annoying wait for a transaction to be confirmed but we have to pay higher fee too. I guess, we can't surpass $1300 until the block size limit upgraded.

A lower price would be good for buying a few bitcoins cheaply. However, if the price keeps rising, it might be good to sell some and then wait for the next decrease in price to buy again.

Probably if Bitcoin price continue to rise and there is no hiccup or bad press to occur.  All the drama had been probably settle down, and Bitcoin is looking bullish now.  I just hope this is not another Bull trap and bitcoin will continue to rise.

Definitely it is best to buy BTC at lower price but that is if Bitcoin price goes lower again.  If it does not then probably this time is the best time to buy cheap BTC before the price goes to the moon.

There is a difference between people that say that they are going to buy when the price goes down, and those that actually take actions and buy up as many coins as possible at the time the price goes down. It has been like that when the price was sitting at $200-$300 levels, and still is the case today. People change drastically at the time the price is tanking -- result is that they still keep missing great buying opportunities as they lack the balls to buy at the time the streets are filled with blood.

I can personally attest to this phenomenon as I got scared out of the btc market when it was at the 200-300 levels. I thought btc would drop further. takes a lot of heavy balls to buy on a dip like that.

This plot of Bitmain blocking SegWit because theirs miner hardware with ASICBoost is not compatible with SegWit, might me a turning point.
It all depends how bullish the news will be and how situation will unfolds. We won't see price pushed to $1300 because of that but solid 5% rise is possible.

We saw the price to reached lower than $1k and the increase happened quickly. I guess a month from now is already enough to see the price to get back again on that price or ever higher.

Don't get hasty with it, this ETF decision is just nothing compare on what did bitcoin went through before reaching the ATH. SEC will be regretting on what they had done for rejecting it though for me it doesn't have a big impact, I know bitcoin will pump again as usual.

I think SEC rejection is only a temporary thing. they will eventually be forced to accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as they become more prevalent.

Yes, one month is already enough to boost Bitcoin price to $1300, but it will depends the news and events we are going to see soon on the next weeks. That BU situation made the BTC price drop a lot and if we see any news like that soon it's possible to see the BTC price dropping again and even more... But I'm not very worried about it, if the $1300 doesn't come on the next month, it will happen a bit later, it's just a question of time.

Other than the ETF rejections not having any impact on the market, the SEC has made clear that they are not going to approve any sort of ETF in the coming years.

The reasons for rejection they named are clear. Bitcoin's free market nature will remain for a long time, which basically means that as long as that is the case, the SEC is not going to approve any ETF.

I won't even be surprised if turns out that they have blindly rejected the ETFs without doing proper research. It's not in the benefit of the government to push Bitcoin to the next level.

ETFs open doors for professional/institutional money to flow "into" Bitcoin, and I am sure that's exactly something the government don't like to see happen.

Bitcoin once was a tiny dot that no one was taking seriously, and look now, things are getting serious to the point that governments are starting to show resistance.

We will see it again maybe in the month of july, bitcoin price will be playing at 1000-1200$ until june.
July can be so remarkable cause bitcoin may pass the 1500$  within the month only ,and going to 2000$ by december.

Yeah right, I also think the end of april the price of bitcoin will reach $1300, after reached I'm sure not going to drop again as before. Maybe end of may I expect the price will reach $1400. Don't sell bitcoin, better is buy more again.
