I trust escrows less than i do person to person, I have heard stories about them keeping large amounts and buying off usernames... If you want to trade that why i suggested 3 parts.. if not i have someone else interested in my fc....

I tried to make a deal with him last night and he said that same thing to me about "another person" waiting to deal.  I ended up calling off the deal.  I am glad that I did.

Guys, if it looks to good to be true it probably is. Do a search on a username when someone offers you a deal,  the feather trade is SWARMING with scammers right now. I suggest everyone use a rep thread. And when evaluating someone's rep thread, make sure the people leaving comments are reputable too. phew.... lets not get scammed guys !
