It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Actually it was 3k, and there was a separate 500, which was removed. So, only 300 eaten.

$148.... now higher than $147.39 from the 15th of October.  The next level I am looking at for Bitstamp is $170.28 from the 25th of April... when and if it gets past there, we have a new bull run ahead.
