Will Dogecoin have a future?

Dogecoin has a huge fan base, which made it very popular, but on my opinion it doesn`t have a nice future. It wouldnt give you a big profit anyways, because this coin is just made for trading

In my opinion yes, dogecoin had a better future in cryto currencies. Because I was notice that dogecoin have fair value in the market, even their amount was not too high like the other coins I think in the future they can't reach the right price. Also, there's a lot of users known the dogecoin.

I love doge too even they have possible to increase in the future price of doge as of now is 150satoshi only  and the price i think after few years maybe 1000 to 10,000 satoshi. But it cannot pump big . LTC is also good coin because I see the more potential of this coib compared to dige and if you see coinbase wallet they add LTC wallet so the price willl increase more fo sure. Many investor buy ltc so the price will happen in the future will become more brighter and brighter.

With its huge supply?  I do not think dogecoin will follow LTC, the current increase in price is simply  a pump.  Just wait and the value of dogecoin will come back to where it is before the pump started.

Have you read the total coins of dogecoin?  I think you should read  dogecoin specification before saying anything about total coins.

I think dogecoin is made to transact like most other coin, and dogecoin value that tends to be small and stable I think it's hard to be trading, indeed last week the value of dogecoin very fluktuatif it also occurs in every cryptocurrency
I think dogecoin can survive because be use to transaction, which small value of dogecoin into its superiority to stay afloat in the future

However, I'm worried what might happen to Dogecoin in the future, since it has been quite some time that no new version of the QT wallet has been mentioned, neither some innovation to keep it going for the long term.

It would become ideal for Dogecoin to add SegWit to its code, and gain traction if it gains acceptance from the miners. Then, if it manages to become the first cryptocurrency to accept the scalable solution, it could rise in popularity once more (not to mention that transaction will be near instantaneous).

Nevertheless, Dogecoin is a great cryptocurrency being inexpensive and relatively stable, making it a great way to tip others or send micropayments faster than BTC at a fraction of the cost.

I have invested in Doge some time ago when the price was good now its dropped and am in 33% loss. Hope all the altcoins will get to a positive side after the dump of BTC.

I think it's a great long term invest. Great community, people like the doge, it' silly and nice, even children sympathize with the currency. Has been here for some time, survived while many others died. Developers are passionate hard workers, soon will implement SegWit.

I think dodgecoin have a future, this is the time to invest in this coins due to their price were started to raised up little by little. I believe both Doge and LTC are sleeping giants - kind of like ETH at the beginning of March.  LTC seems to have more obvious upside, but I believe they both have huge potential.

Every coin has future, as long as they have supply, demand, and speculation. Until now dogecoin with low price is just like display for me, not good for investment. Even we have a huge money to get it, dogecoin price is lower than another altcoin. But if your method says it will come up I think you should follow it and see what happen. If I have dogecoin I'll exchange that with another coin like eth or xmr, for me they have better prospect. That's my dogecoin opinion, hope you understand. Thank you very much

Agree. The best thing that the DOGE has is its ultra low fees making it ideal for anyone around the world to send money faster and cheaper than Bitcoin. Due to Dogecoin's nature, it makes it the perfect cryptocurrency for tipping and social media payments.

Since it is so inexpensive, it could become very loved not only by its fans or cryptocurrency enthusiasts, but by kids too.

I know that Doge's supply is huge, but at some point that's fine as it will serve its purpose well for micropayments, rather than using it as a store of value.
