Will Dogecoin have a future?

In my humble opinion, I think all of these major old coins will always have value in the future, even if they turn out to be obsolete

Dogecoin has its space, even if thousands of coins come into being. Some coins, even for speculation, have conquered their space, even if small. In a whole, some older coins have their favoritism guaranteed in the future whether by difficulty, value or just like it.

Soon they will have more valie and importance,it might be covered now by recent or new alt coins but I believe as time by ,they value will be revealed too just like other alt now whod been unnotice then just pump in an instant.

They can be replaced, but they will not have the love that the oldest have hahaha

It looks like dogecoin is still very big having a future, because dogecoin is still active in the Altcoin trading market, all of that if I do not think there's a big investor in it, so dogecoin does not work like the other Altcoin.

Is it true that there will be unlimmited new Dodgecoin generate?

Well, as far is I'm aware of, Dogecoin's supply is near limitless as it has an inflationary model. If it turns out to become unlimited, then it would make it more ideal for micropayments and tipping, but terrible to use as a store of value as this would greatly affect its price.

It would be ideal to reduce the supply of Dogecoin somehow, but seems nearly impossible to achieve since the DOGE doesn't have an active developer of development team.

In the meantime, it would be fun to mine, buy, and use DOGE, as well as encourage others who are new into cryptocurrencies to get started with this great cryptocurrency. Just my thoughts.

I don`t know, all I can say about this is something that I read about doge a long time ago, doge is made for fun and probably nobody expected doge to last for so long. There were so many bad news about dogecoin, how we can expect to go on 1 sat., to not buy it or trade with it, but in despite of everything dogecoin is still here and price is over 100 sat.
I earned some money on doge already, I bought around 20 and sold when price was 60 sat, look where the price is now. I`m buying again, maybe doge can get back on 300 sat where it was years ago.

Yes - traders love doge because it is liquid and traded across most of the exchanges.

The other factor people need to consider, is that on the biggest exchage, Poloniex, there are only a few coins to trade (because they delisted a while bunch). So if you are a professional trader, you are essentially cycling in and out of a few coins, and when there is new money, it gets funnelled into teh few coins listed on Poloniex, which is why they are all surging.

well well well ....i bought 80 € of doges in 2015----that is 640.000 dogecoins . ..those same doges today june 4 are worth 1760 €. the peak so far was mid may 2017 i think. i bought other doges later at a more expensive price. in total i now own 1.200.000 coins worth 4000 us $ this morning when i checked.  doge is now worth 0.0032 $ . and if it ever gets to 0.10 or 1 $? wow.  it's fast like a lightning to transfer money with doges min 30 seconds max 2 minutes(way faster than btc by the way)
in the future i see credit cards linked to bitcoins(already exists) and altcoins and scanners in supermarkets for QR codes.  mainstream, fully accepted unstoppable like fiat currency today.... hope doge will be part of this family. its really a nice coin

No one can tell for sure what is the future of anything holds. But i think Dogecoin will do very well in the future

A professional trader, told me last time that " that there is no deaths coins and if coins is at accumulation cycle amateurs traders do think the coins are dead but professional see it as an opportunity to make profit from it at the distribution cycle. Dogecoin is at the accumulation stage now if there is segwit activation you will see it at the moon.

I have not followed doge since the beginning. can you tell me more about the segwit and how to track it? I want to buy more dogecoin in case they can activate the segwit so that I can earn money from this little funny coin

Actually you cannot expect for a fast price increase in doge because the demand is not that arising compared from bitcoin. Trading is a good choice todo with this coin specially when price is cheap always and you will have an options to trade it for good profit sells in the future price increase. It has a typical ability to have stable growth in the market of cryptocurrencies eventhough that's an altcoin, but eventually it helped us gain bitcoin income, because of altcoins like dogecoin which has a good future.

Agree. The DOGE is an inflationary currency, therefore it is not meant to become a valuable cryptocurrency over the long term. The best thing this cryptocurrency has is that it is ideal for trading practices as well as for tipping usage.

Nevertheless, the most important thing is that Dogecoin is still alive and will survive as long as there is community support to it and usage. Perhaps someday holding into our Dogecoin would be worth it after all. Just sharing my thoughts.

Dogecoin is a good altcoin to trade.

I always followed this : buy at 20~40satoshis, and start selling after 70. It always worked, a bit of patience is just needed . For this time I decided to keep a few coins as Dogecoin seems to follow others coins and the value might come higher in the next months. I guess bitcoin price evolution will decide of that.

Dogecoin works generally in 8 months cycles. Every 8 months, a pumps appears, value stays high for one months and declines during 7 months. This just didn't happen in last september, but I decided to keep my coins anyway, it seems like I did a good choice  


Dogecoin volume is still high, even after years and I guess it's good for whales as they can move more funds in.

If dogecoin gets the future then my future will be awesome already am holding quit decent amount of doge if any new news comes like adoption or investment there will be good growth we can predict even it follows bit coin as the name only suggest dog follows owner

Apart from one yearly pump and dump,I don't think there is any future of DOGECOIN.
This coin was a meme coin and also the supply is unlimited, so why would any investor invest in it for long term, everybody sells this coin once it is pumped heavily and which dumps back the price.

I get a bit tired of the " it's just a joke coin" "it started as a stupid meme" just be honest, Doge is still doing great! if you like it or not, it's going to stay for quite some time.
It can only get better from here!
