I can asure you that I'm dedicated to make XLR a success story. What does it take to make it a success? First of all build the comunity. Thanks for the subreddit! Thats one step closer to reach our goals. Now, spread the word and show everyone as much support as you can. To support the price of Solaris you can do two Things. Mining this coin 24/7 or buy it. But most importantly hodl it. Don't throw it back into the market. As for tech side, we do have an active dev and thats the most important thing these days.

Yeah I agree it's a solid project and community donations would definitely help it along. I certainly don't mind contributing a little here and there to watch my investment grow but I would suggest going for a bittrex add if we are going to pull for adding to an exchange.

Livecoin is a small exchange. Solaris is already listed on cryptopia which is also a small exchange compared to bittrex. If we choose to bring the coin to another exchange it should be something bigger than livecoin. And we have to keep in mind that the coin might be listed somewhere, but that doesn't help to build a strong community. A smoother working wallet and more community building is what we need right now. Both are vital to further success and helpful for any plans regarding being listed on another exchange.

I also think that we would be better off getting XLR listed on Bittrex instead of Livecoin. 3 BTC to be listed on Livecoin seems a bit much in my opinion for a smaller exchange and will be better off spent on getting listed on Bittrex. I think the community is coming along well for such a short time that this coin has been around and it's only going to get stronger as we move forward. Keep promoting people!

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

I would not spend that kind of money to be on Livecoin when Solaris is already on Cryptopia. Bittrex would be nice, but my very non expert guess is that they would want to see a little more growth first.

ASIC Resistant? This one I missed, oh boy what a shame. I do wish that more ASIC resistant coins that can only be mined by CPUs and GPUs would come out. I also wish that coin developers soon found a way to exclude large 30+ GPU farms - as they ruin this game for the average hobbyiest.

Solaris has the best community of all as you can see no one is panic selling on cryptopia.Surely will rise and break the barriers.

I'll hold. It will bounce back. It has a few times already in the past few months.

Currently some people mine XLR using nicehash when it has cheap nist5 algo price. If talk about loyal (permanent) miners I think their summary hashrate is about 15 Gh/s

If you would like to support the price you can do two things. Hodl your XLR stash and buy more. Solid buy walls would be nice, too. The hashrate changes all the time. You have to accept that miners jump to whatever is profitable for them. I just have two humble TIs running. It's making me between 5-6$ per day in XLR. Hodling the coins will probably turn out even more profitable. I believe this coin can make it.

Auto-switch-profit-miner of nicehash  destroys any good profit of any coin because they dump the coins for btc.

Not necessarily, the miners get paid in BTC but the people who placed the orders could be holders getting them cheap or just wanting to see more mined for the overall health of the coin.

NiceHash is doing no harm. As long as the hashes are pointed towards a solo-mining pool. Pools that pay miners with BTC might be more hurtful, because they will dump coins sooner or later to cover their costs. Therefore I would like to ask all miners to choose to get paid in XLR rather than BTC. I'm on yiimp.ccminer.org and everything is working smooth so far.

what if we buy some hashing from nicehash and point it to solaris pool, how much profit is expected? any idea

I did that when I was testing my cryptohub pool. I spent 0.01 BTC on nicehash and got 45 XLR

Well, this would strengthen our effort. Feel free to direct any miner available towards the XLR network.
