I think Starta situation is much better than ZrCoin. We can see their investments, even the new added ones.
Also some projects on their portfolio running their own icos.

Suena como cualquier otra moneda que resulta ser scam. Es triste y aterrador saber que por muy serio y profesional un proyecto pueda parecer, no se puede confiar en ninguno sin mostrar resultados y retroalimentacion positiva a la comunidad he inversores que estan detras apoyando. Te puedo preguntar en especifico, que paso con esta moneda? Yo me interese por la volatilidad tan....mortal que experimento como de 50 dolares al actual dolar y algo por token.
