Let's see if they really get that close to the buyback.These buyback methods don't seem to help in price rise.Iconomi,mobilego,binance have buyback but their price have fallen too low.

For a basic building to construct it shouldn't cost them so much time.They seem to be delaying to avoid the buyback.This is turning out to be shady.
