We should not only listen to the argument but rather do our own research to know which one has greater weight.  With the market saturation of Bitcoin, we can see that the price have lots of room to grow.  And the current active debate about future implementation of Bitcoin means developers are actively developing Bitcoin technology. This is a good indication that Bitcoin is still developing and evolving that can give it more value  over time.  With this investing in Bitcoin today is still a good way to go.

If you set something thing like this target for any investment, you will never invest for sure. Because no one can predict when prices will fall or rise, so it is always good to start investment immediately when you decided with a small amount and start buying it in regular intervals so you buy price will be averaged out. If prices never go back to 50% less than current price then you only need to watch the price movement and never invest in it.

When the whole BU shebang is done with (if it is not already), we may see a huge, fundamental shift in Bitcoin usage after instant off-chain transactions kick off for real. It may take some time till people start trusting this new payment paradigm, but in due cause when minor issues finally get eradicated adoption should expand dramatically. And I agree with him. First, when you are young and full of energy even if your investment fails (which is quite common, by the way), you have still enough time and energy to start all over again (maybe, even a few times). This is not the case when you are old and decrepit. Losing your investment in that age may well mean that you will end up under the bridge. And while  investments don't typically need much physical exertion, it still requires clear mind, but when you are old and suffer from Alzheimer's at that, this is no longer the case

If it's about a long term investment then I agree with you, Bitcoin will definitely cost more in 10 years than it is now. But what OP means is that in 2027 we'll see that for example by June 2017 the price of BTC dropped 10% compared to April's price and that it would be better to invest in June than in April. But the thing is, and that's pretty funny IMO, that if the price would drop 10% by June we'd be thinking "Oh, the price of Bitcoin is falling, it's better not to buy."

The price of $700 is still possible because you can't predict the future and bad things can happen and that is one of the threat for bitcoin now. But as of now, i can feel that the price of bitcoin will be stable above $1,000 because of the good things that is happening in bitcoin and yes if you have a time then invest now because soon the price of bitcoin will go up again because of the investors that are coming up everyday.

I just checked, on November 5th 2016 was the price 700$ last time and I also think we will not come back on that price, anyone who wished or wanted to buy on that price is very late. The best time for investment is hard to define, some people earn in times of crisis, some people lose even when all conditions are good. If I can say which time is the best for investing I would need to say that its the beginning of something, then prices are lowest possible, demands isn`t high so you can buy bunch of something with cheap money. But how to tell what will be successful for 10 years? That is another topic I guess.

No one can ever predict the future and bitcoin,don't wait for tomorrow. don't wait for price dip, don't wait too long,if you are looking to invest money in bitcoin then any time is the best time to do so.Bitcoin will be the ever lasting king in the market.

Even if this is true and I believe it is there is o point to rush either if someone bought when we reached the last peak then he will be underwater but if he waited and bought when we were at the 900 then he will be on profit for a long time and will make a profit almost at any price he decides to sell.
