To get wallet working :

1) go to appdata using %appdata% command in search (win 7 64bit)

2) then go to coinonat folder, Create Text file and drop this info there :

addnode=138.197.159.60:44678
addnode=192.3.196.202:44678
addnode=88.99.191.218:44678

after that SAVE it as coinonat.conf

3) restart your coinonat wallet and it should work !


if wallet gives error, try to install microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86
that helped me and i have win 7 64bit sp1

Why don't you try to install the wallet on a VM. I have installed qt wallet on windows 7 which is running in a virtualbox VM. And it has been running since last month. No error.

your coinonat.conf should look like this

listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=password
allowip=*
rpcport=44578
port=44678
addnode=138.197.159.60:44678
addnode=192.3.196.202:44678
addnode=88.99.191.218:44678


restart your coinonat-qt.exe app

if still not working

remove all files in %appdata%\roaming\coinonat folder
warning: not wallet.dat and coinonat.conf file

and restart your coinonat-qt.exe app

it ll connect to network in a few seconds and will sync with the network

For the installation i have installed the visual c++ 2010 32 and 64 bit because my system is 64bit in VM but with the visual c++ 64 bit only I 've error in the .dll
I've create the coinonat.conf with

listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
rpcuser=user ------ ( this different name )
rpcpassword=password ------ ( this different pwd )
allowip=*
rpcport=44578
port=44678
addnode=138.197.159.60:44678
addnode=192.3.196.202:44678
addnode=88.99.191.218:44678

I've saved in %appdata%\roaming\coinonat folder

The wallet start without error but not sincr.

I must be use a w10 32 bit version?

it takes 5 minutes maximum if network is good
