Its validation of the work completed. How it works I dont know.
On Golem for example I could just send back some random data and still get paid. It could decrease my reputation but you would still have paid me for work I didnt do.
(At least that is how it originally was planned. I havent followed the Golem thread for a while)

How much development does this project have? Or are you guys wanting to get paid with ICO then put in the work? Pay us millions first then we will work, lol only possible in the CryptoVerse. There are some projects where guys are spending months and some years building then releasing coin to the market. This project has a lot of talk but is there any walk?

Also state how much fucking $$ you need don't be greedy either, stop telling everyone you will release ETH cap closer to date. You tell the $$ amount needed for this project then convert that to ETH when it comes. It's not complicated, Stop playing games.
