If ETH had crashed to 10$, they would not be devaluing pre-ico investment because they would not have been able to cover the loss. Basically investing with pre-ico money. Don't be surprised if by changing the terms & conditions of this sale/contribution/schlogginfitz or whatever we are calling it to stay out of legal trouble bites you in the ass down the road.
I think This fact will never happen in this week or this month or this year. ETH is on the race and you can not see this price (10$ for ETH) in your dream. Just get ready to join this ICO and it will finish ICO launching for only week . |

US citizens or residents can't invest in SONM? Isn't SONM going to be on bittrex? How come US citizens/ residents can't buy in the crowdsale but you can buy in bittrex if it comes in the exchange?
Polo is US aswell and look at all the ETH tokens. The restriction only applies to the crowdsale itself as the organisation doing it doesn't comply with the US laws. So are US citizens not allowed to take part in the ICO?? Sure seemed that way in the article I just read....I've been reading and reading for weeks on this project and I'm not allowed to invest? What happened to decentralized? Also is this a "not allowed" to invest or a "prevented from" investing? There's a difference...... |

It is largely due to legal requirements set up by the US to "protect" its citizen. Your IP can/will be blocked by SONM.
