the problem is stupid investors can't even find ethereum block explorer lol ok i will not expect they know how to add a custom token ...fine!! but do they even know what a block explorer is??   but i love them ...we need cash in the market so we cash  out from time to time

What platform is your ETH address on? Have you added the custom SNM token so the balance can be visible?

i open eth address on myetherwallet with pkey, no way man, there are no somn in my address, Dash transaction confirmed obviuosly. Yes i added custom token, balance is 0. I can prove everything

Well damn... and I am assuming you have confirmations on your DASH txid then. I hope support get back to you. I just bought some about an hour ago and they arrived promptly after I got 3 confirmations on my BTC transaction although the exchange rate was a little low. I am guessing it was the fee taken out for shapeshift.

i can prove everything, i sent to them 2 mail with DASH id transaction, eth address ecc..., i double checked on their site eth address - dash address just to know if i was wrong with the DASH address during dash transaction. Nothing, everything is ok but they are just ignoring me, after 24 hours my first mail they answered me that they are solving problem in 2 hours, nothing after 5 hours

Well I am willing to bet they have hundreds of support emails to go through right now. From what I have read you are not the only person with some issues. I would give it a little time and see what happens although I know that is not a good answer.

I have the same problem:
- dash transaction was completed 1.5 hours ago
- ethereum wallet is still empty (I used myetherwallet, private key is mine)

So, recommend DON'T USE Dash for Sonm ICO until problem is resolved.

It is clearly stated on the SONM website FAQ's that US resident cannot participate... is it enforceable? eh... it would be difficult. I am guessing it is more of a way to hurdle some potential red tape by saying that they posted a noticed to US residents but since they do not make you register with country of origin.. how would they know?

Sharing network fees is not unique to this ICO by any means.

the only thing in their defense is, for some reason the smaller transaction isn't showing correctly on ethplorer...however if you use etherscan you see the ERC20 and click and it says SONM (Unverified) 18 decimals so all good

Too many problem in this project. Looks the dev didnt give a feedback fot those are having problem with their investment. I think you must try to check through ethereum explorer.

You should check out the Github for yourself instead. You should also try out the current Alpha. Quite notable, and pretty damn cool, and before the ICO is even over.
