So I made the same noob mistake, I now know enough to not do this again. I sent from Coinbase, like this guy before me same reaction. Coinbase says there is nothing they can do, they dont support SNM tokens. I contact SONM and they just send me confirmation that the transaction was completed, and the tokens were sent to Coinbase. Anybody have any solutions? I want to get someone to transfer the token over to myetherwallet, its hard to believe my money is now lost.
Anyone have any success with this type of issue? I'm totally at a loss.
No one will help you, money is received from you, you are a spent material. For their curved ICO site you paid off with your money, like me. Now this is your problem. The chance that this shitcoin will go to the stock exchanges where these tokens are stuck is 0 |

I'm newbie to this forum, but I want to share some experience with you how I'm trying to get any help from sonm support p.s. yes, I know, this is all my mistake, but... I was in a panic, this is not my fault  2 Sonm_Community, take a look at my message plz, mb it will be any help from your side?? 2 all they even didn't try to help me, it's very disappointing Dude, the token is there lying in your poloniex wallet, you can check it on etherscan. The one you should contact is not sonm team, but the poloniex support, ask if they can give you the token. Sonm support can't do anything because they already sent the token. |

SONM support itself can turn to polonex technical support to protect the interests of its investors. But they do not need it. |

That's bloody lesson for newcomers. The first lesson to invest your money is to read the instruction of any ICO carefully!!! That's your own money, bro. dont you think if coinbase will andd sonm tokens this guy will find his tokens in his wallet? But yes, now situation is very and very bad. |

That's your own money, bro. dont you think if coinbase will andd sonm tokens this guy will find his tokens in his wallet? But yes, now situation is very and very bad. Even if Coinbase adds in the future that ETH address would be different to the one which he has send and thus are not recoverable, I too lost some GNT tokens in this process when I sent to wrong eth address in place of HKG token.Just forget them and move on |

They are on the exchange wallets you deposited from. You will need to contact their support, they may be able to recover them for you. @Sonm_Community So, we've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for our bonus, I sent an email to bonus@sonm.io and still no reply, no feedback whatever... Oh yes, you have to do it "manually", for whatever reason... How can it take so long to do some 4th grade math?? And you're supposed to build the world supercomputer?? Your ICO is a joke if not a scam! I regret giving my ETH to such a bunch of incompetent kids  |

That happened due to some fake news about Vitalik when all crypto went under huge sell pressure. When this will recover very soon after a little push after get listing on a big exchange. |

We are not part of the email support team so take this with a grain of salt. There were 1000s of emails about bonus corrections. Almost all of them were resolved within a few days. Your email could have slipped through the cracks. I would try to email them again. Also if you would PM me the information about your issue I will see if I can get them to fix it.

First, their support was trying to assure me that I've already got my tokens, then support said, that transaction "not verified" and money will be returned... but where?? and now, after posting at this thread, sonm_community said "we can't help". Great job, guys! Making fools from your investors it's the "right" way... ok ok, this was a bloody lesson for me, how was said by someone before. For example, support of btc-e said that they do not support snm tokens... I really can't understand why they can't send me my tokens, while they have an ether wallet. I hope, sonm support will help, but looks like not 2 dear Sonm_Community, guys, you have real troubles with your English, your support looks like n00b, when said about "unverified" transaction, and I think, it's mostly your fault that I sent ETH felt in panic, number of sold tokens were lie, different deposit methods were unavailable, but the warning message wasn't like "we have problems with the different currencies and we trying to fix it", no, the message was like "deposit for btc is depleted" and nothing more! your ico was made unprofessionally, I have some to compare with! And it will be rightly to return funds to those people, who did a mistake, or make some more tokens for what we paid, or at least contact polo and btc technical support and try to solve the problem! Come on, do something, please!and I still waiting for answer about bonus calculation. I've sent money after 30 min ico started, I got 5900 tokens for 0.3 btc and its look like there is no bonus at all! am I right?? |

At first I thought they had an huge problem so I was patient, now I don't think so, they didn't even read my email, they sent me a reply, first, to send my question to another email, then silence for weeks, then I sent emails again. Finally, they replied with some automated reply telling me how to add my tokens to my wallet. JOKE, they didn't even read my problem, it has nothing to do with finding my tokens. They gave me less 15,000 tokens give or take. I explained in detailed fashion with all calculations, they need only to multiply and add to check it. Send me a private message so we can act together, I'm tired of this disrespect. |

You should expect release of bounties after tomorrow anytime as of reading from specified thread for rewards purposes by tomorrow people can change their addresses last chance. Once that chapter is close you will be waiting for updates when the rewards will eb issued. Sonm has recovered a lot over the last 24 hours from that dip. |
