It is very simply and does not require a video tutorial.
Please click on MNXCore panel - "File" - "Backup wallet" -  and save the file on your PC.
If your delete your MNXCore or whatever happens with your wallet you you can restore it via this backup on your PC.

The withdrawing of the coins is processed manually. The manual transfering of coins was necessary for security reasons, some people had provided the Xcore addresses instead of the MNXcore, the manual system helped them out to change that and avoided loses. Some users tried to make cheating on bounty panels (for example, created several accounts from one PC for receiving more coins and so on).

We will say the dates of release on exchange in the end of the month.

The truth is that minex will be not on bittrex.. Paragoncoin is already listed for mid-november on bittrex.

I think the team is not bad and they have not bad intentions but today, we are first september, and any word of the exchanges

Don't be misguided, in whitepaper MinexExchange will be available in 2Q 2018. MinexExchange is different from third party exchanges. Minexcoin has its in-house exchange where you can trade other cryptos with MNX which will be called MinexExchange. The OP asked about listing of MNX on third party exchanges like poloniex, cryptopia, bittrex etc. He/she is not asking about MinexExchange.

I am asking the dev: why there is not any clear announcement regarding this type of confusions?

We are interested in the fact that the coin entered the exchange not less than the members of the Minexcoin community.
But for certain reasons, there is a delay in the launch, as you see.
If you follow the work of a coin, you most likely noticed that there are failures in the work and now we eliminate these problems, because if we go to the stock exchange there is no return road.
Therefore, we are now stabilizing the work of the coin and will apply for exchange right away.

Most probable chances are the currupted blockchain database. To get it done, Please follow these steps:

1. If you have coins in you wallet then first of all save it to some other place. It will be located at c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\minexcoin\wallet.dat. copy-paste it this (wallet.dat) file to some other place.
2. Delete the directory c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\minexcoin
3. Start Minexcoin-qt at when it fully synced. Exit it.
4. Replace c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\minexcoin\wallet.dat with your saved wallet.dat at point 1.
5. Restart Minexcoin-qt.

Done.
