Where is the news of the Minex Card? I see everybody is talking about it, but I'm suffering from FOMO here. Seems I missed something 😂

33% doesn't seems to low volability to me. Maybe is something that i missed.
Anyway i don't give any chance to a project that's main competitor is bitcoin.
When you don't bring nothing new to the table , just another payment coin you automatically have a huge competition.
 

Actualy it's around 40% per year. With +-5% of daily price fluctuations. Minexbank is in test mode collecting data and adjusting it's settings to further improve the effectiveness of it's algorithm. So right now, you can't really tell it's stable but it's price still sits on $20 dollar level.

Before i write anything else I have to say that I am a long term minex hodler

I 100% believe the reason the price has fallen recently is the fact that the interest rate dropped despite the price dropping as well. This was seen when the price was 26-27 range and interest rate was around 18%, the price went to around 25 and the interest rate fell to 16. This is important to note. An interest rate of 18.4% is vastly different from 16.1% when it comes to accumalating more MNX over a long or even short (1-2 year) period of time. The 18.4 interest rate was a big deal because it basically doubles your money every 4 months, while 16.1% only increases it by 180% every four months. More importantly, this drop in interest shows that the interest rate will probably drop again soon and eventually stabilize at a very low rate. This definitely drove some people off the coin, because unless you believe that the price of MNX will rise, the potential to make money through MNX is greatly stifled by this.

I would be lying if i said i wasn't a dreamer who hoped that 18.4% interest rate would remain for 2-3 years and I would become a millionaire, but I think there is more value to this coin than just the interest rate.

Well with the stability this concept could bring, in the future MNX could be the go to currency to pay at retailers. They dropped BTC due to high volatility. If MNX can find a way to reduce volatility significantly it could be the gateway from crypto to real world physical purchases.

Where exactly do you have problems?
You need to sign up (https://minexbank.com/sign-up) with a Minexcoin address of yours which contains at least 0,1 Minexcoins (the minimum which you can park), after that you specify how many coins you want to park and for how long and then press the "create" button. That's it.

Your calculations are wrong. With 16.1% interest rate you gain after four months ~81.2% and with a 18.4% interest rate ~96.5%.
Beside that: "only 180%" are way more than doubling, nearly tripling.

Good point. But here's something i noticed from 19.5% rate drop from 16.1%, if you have 100 mnx last month parked at 19.5%, you'll be able to accumulate 19.5 MNX(Worth $450 the current price). When you compound it again at current rate, you'll still get around $450 the coin value. For sure next month it'll drop to 14%(in case there's no market action and we're still sitting on $20 dollar level). until it reach to the point of between 4% to 6% monthly(Where MNX will be much more stable with +-5% opening and closing price).

I think you can always get same amount in the dollar's from parking. No matter what is current price of minex now. I am parked weekly minex with 6.5% weekly but price has been $5 in this moment.
For long therm holders rising minex price is not desirable.
