Thank you, the signature was designed to protect investors and users.

After a brief search I pasted the following links hopefully you will understand why Monaco VISA card is marked as a scam.

Their end game seems to be to spend as much of the ICO funds on themselves citing "development and expenses" before hopefully getting a card out there.

They have moved away from the whitepaper proposals and cannot be taken seriously. Kris Marszalek the CEO of Monaco was also the CEO of Ensogo, a company that collapsed with a massive fraud investigation.

Ok, look. First of all, roadmap is for developers, it's only an estimated time for releasing products. It's not sort of promise to all who bought a coin.

MinexWallet is still in developing, but it's not too much time left. It was told that it was delayed cause of final debugging.
Atomic swaps are working, just without GUI yet. You need to find a person, download both blockchains and make a swap due to instructions. So we can say atomic swap was implemented.
DEX is still in developement, but the foundation was already laid ( implementation of atomic swap ).
Web and mobile wallets to be released appr. in 20s of July. ( web wallet is the basic thing for merchant ).
Debit Cards odering will start in a few hours, we will provide you with all available information.

MinexWallet 2.0. and AtomicSwap   are relegated to a secondary rank compared to such imperatives of development as achieving the  mass adoption of MNX that can't be done without Minexpay which is part  of  MinexPlatform they are steadily building.( BTW, MinexMarket, part of MinexPlatform ,   depends  entirely on Minexpay.) So you are either  completely blind or just a toxic user of this thread.

To make things clearer for you I'll be allegorical. Wise drivers will always pick up the roads that save  timy&money and take them to designations whatever their initial routes were. Nothing can be compared with Minexpay and its cards when it comes to mass adoption of MNX coin.
