This is true for almost all coins, ICO's which give the coins after the crowdsale, also the bounty coins is usually pump and dump coins,
you can see it in the scenarios, because most people doing the bounty is dumping their earned tokens, then it will be hard again for the management to get good PR because of dumping,
in this way, coin/token will be stable, and more reliable.
