Trading is different every time we do it. I prefer waiting sometimes when the clouds seem to have a silver lining and during those times, I see my decisions turning true too whilst the difference it makes while not wanting to wait and getting out with what we have on hands already is that, I see no profits in the future and feel that even those remaining millibits will be worth something huge one day seeing those busts in the price of bitcoins.

I wait to bounce back, whatever time it will take? Except some very rare cases of shitcoins, if you bought a great altcoin, it will bounce back. Whatever time it takes to me, even a few years, I will wait ! If you do not sell you do not lose money !
Yeah when it comes to altcoins trading I always trade with caution and I never go big because they are risky all the time, and they could go down at any moment so when I lose I won’t lose much, in trading you have to have an exit strategy that way you are able to minimize your losses and avoid losing all of your cap, and also diversifying helps a lot , that way losing in one coins may prove profitable in another that way you are able to cut your losses from the first one.

I prefer waiting sometimes when the clouds seem to have a silver lining and during those times, I see my decisions turning true too
With bitcoin trading we can have this plan. But not for altcoin trading, because waiting might kill all your trading plans in the case of altcoin trading.

So in trading how do you deal with loss? For example you've invested in an alt and now it has fallen quite hard and you're on the brink of losing all your bitcoin you invested in it.
How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?

Dealing with losses in trading cannot really be over emphasized, because the rule of trading is that you should be ready to take risk at anytime or at all time and when going into trading, you should put in an amount that when it ends up not as planed, it will not be of high damage to you who wants to go into trading or from the wallet which the money came out from( start trading with an amount you can over look).

Well, on these kind of situation you really need to have all the information about the specific altcoin. You should do smart trading. Invest on an altcoin with a good future. If that's what you did, you'll never worry if that goes up and down. You know the will price will rise up much more because you have studied it.

There is no forever in altcoin, you do not need to put money in altcoin for long period of time, if you do that the risk you have is very high. Its hard to recover if you lose lot of your capital by doing wrong trading. We feel that we are down because of that. personally i already experience that case first in trading i put big amount in 1 altcoin which before with higher value and continuous increasing but time comes value will decrease rapidly and i do not notice that i already lose my capital. But i said to my self that i need to move and be wise next time.

Ofcourse I accept losing because at first I tell to myself that even if I'm getting lose it's okay because it is part of the game and no one will ever determined or can say that you will always win because in the game there are loser and there are winner. Sometimes you need somw techniques or strategy in order to avoid losing.

Here I am bitcoin trader also , so here just take example of the bitcoin trading  and see that how did I changes my loss into again profit .
Suppose I bought bitcoin at the rate 1000$/BTC but next day suddenly the price changed into 800$/BTC then here I have two option .
first is that increase the amount of the bitcoin, that I have, through trading .
and second option is to hold it until the price come again at the 1000$/BTC .
So here I always use the second option in Because I know that I can easily sell at high price , it is because the people have more demand of digital coins then what the coins owner complete the demand .
So just wait again for the increase of price , even I myself hold bitcoin sometimes 4-5 months , that never give me disappointment Smiley

I accept because at first I take the risk. Whenever would be the result I will accept it and I will deal with it. Trading is a very risk situation because you can't tell whe  you are going to win or going to lose. Many people had their luck and became rich because of trading yet other's aren't. So Goodluck to all.

This happened to me many times, when im still new i dont have any idea of the consequences, i dont think too much about it what i only care about is the income im going to have if i invest. but loses strike me and dont know what to do i invested all but nothing happened. i forgot it is risky. it takes time for me to accept that fact and told myself that when i invest again i should be more careful and ready for the outcome of my investment.

If you lose then find another way to bring them back ey. Loosing doesn't mean to stop us from what we are doing to earn it. SOmetimes we just lose to think more and more to become more critical thinkers and will be earn more than investment and from trading.

You shouldn't do that first if you are still on the losing streak. Just take a rest for now so that you are not going to become upset, so that when you are going to try it again you will have enough focus from recovering your losses. It's true that just because we are losing, it doesn't mean that it's the end of our trading career.

IMHO when you invest in week altcoins with lots of volatility you have to increase most of the usual trading pearls:

never put all your eggs in one basket - diversify.
If its possible dont panic sell. you never know when some guy pumps the coin again just because.
Dont be too greedy. Pull out a profit when you can.

The only trading pearl you dont need to follow is the study readig part...because if you do so you dont risk the money in the first place:)

"Rule number 1: Never lose money. Rule number 2: Never forget rule number 1."
-- Warren Buffett
The problem is sometimes we are cocksure in what we do, not thinking for the consequences that might happen. Well I can't blame those people that lose too much, even banks can go bankrupt.
All I can say is that think for the possibilities and the easiest way out. There must be a way or if not then you might lessen the loss. Always be on fire when something goes wrong, don't be affected so much because it will only ruin the problem. What has done is already done, what you can do now is to compensate for the loss and try something new. Don't be stock there and work out what you can work out. It's hard to bear a big loss but it's much harder to regret something like " I should have not give up till the end " like buffet said in investing ; never lose money, and if you lose the money?

Then never forget rule number one.

People that go for altcoins do so because of their generally higher level of volatility -- Bitcoin isn't enough for them anymore. What's the main driver in this case? Right, greed. If greed is the main driver, then people will forget about all common trading rules. They blindly jump into whatever altcoin, just in the hope that it gets pumped. If it gets pumped, they cash out and move to the next coin. If things are taking too long, they will cash out (regardless of their loss), and again, move to the next coin. Patience doesn't exist in their dictionary.

So how do you deal with it? Well I'm dealing with it just the normal way, I know that in trading is also a gamble.

Most of the time I'm having decent profit on it but I'm accepting the fact that any time can be a worst trade for me.

Just be ready and accept if you loss, that's fine, real men accepts defeat.

Loss is a part in trading obviously, it is a game where some people get profits while others get loss based on the right time to buy and sell. So, I take it easy and learn from the past, admit my mistake and intend to get profits next time, at least you get experience and strategy to avoid big loss.

Loss is a natural thing in all things whether it is trading or whatever it is. So, before starting a trade you should have a strategy so as not to get big losses. For example, you can first find out the information about the alt you are going to trade, with we know the origin of the alt itself, more or less we will slightly prevent losses in trade and will gain confidence if we will benefit from the trade.

Loss is part of the game, if you can live with it you're ok

So how do you deal with it? Well I'm dealing with it just the normal way, I know that in trading is also a gamble.

Most of the time I'm having decent profit on it but I'm accepting the fact that any time can be a worst trade for me.

Just be ready and accept if you loss, that's fine, real men accepts defeat.

Yes, you can't expect full profit from activities which the return can be huge and that involves a lot of risk. The same we say about gambling we can say about trading, just risk the amount you are afford to lose, nothing more or you will complain about it later. And the most important is to know the richness won't come from night to day, the success is built step by step, slowly during a whole life...

Agreed, everywhere some steps need to be followed. If we expect the richness need to happen in a night to day is simply impossible and has occurred in very few users life due to unexpected growth of the price pumping. Losing is part of every trading, but with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies we need to be quite good on observation else loss could never be stopped as there won't be any prior indication on the price fall.

Agree, you have to be ready for the outcome whatever it may be, im dealing with it by moving on and learn from those experience, i dont dwell in the situation which cant bring any good to me instead i will take it as motivation.
