We know from 2013 to 2015 as fact that assads military used chemical agents in form of toxic gas against rebels and civilians. One of the reason that he accepted the UN resolution 2118 in 2013 to abolish all of syrias chemical weapons.

There is no answer. First the answer may not be logical, but I still will not believe. Russian always say cliches of Putin's propaganda. While on the TV will not tell you the version of the answer will be.

But i still dont get why russia and china are blocking resolutions to force syria to tell which aircraft and pilot were flying under which operation and command...

I dont see any military reason to not cooperate in this case. Just tell the UN what happened and let them interview/question pilots etc.

And I do not understand why someone demands evidence. The UN can not do anything. You just need to assemble a coalition and to supply Assad an ultimatum, either he leaves the country to Russia or war.
