Sorry for the horrible images on Facebook and Twitter... this is not Onni doing this work, it was me just trying to get something together quickly so we could get those systems operational. One of the other members CCNCCN has paid someone on Fiver to come up with something better and they will be posted. Thank you for your contribution CCNCCN!!  |

One of the other members CCNCCN has paid someone on Fiver to come up with something better and they will be posted. Thank you for your contribution CCNCCN!! I would not call them horrible, they are quite special but still very artistic! Also i want to thanks CCNCCN too for his/her contribution. |

Thank you very much Joker! But it is not just me... This is an INCREDIBLE story of determination happening here and one of recovery from the acts of dishonest people. But most importantly there are 2 things here: Our developer is very ingenious (I am getting to know him more and see what he is building) and he is honest... then on top of this, we have a community of members who have stood by while we pulled XBY from the ashes and now the word is spreading. This TRULY is a community effort with a solid developer and some experienced and consistent marketing. Thanks again, its great to have you on the T.E.A.M. |

XBY is only available on the exchanges. If people have STaTiC Nodes, they will get a share of the fees. |

The idea is interesting, but I'm unsure how it is sustainable. I know in countless contexts, even eBay, that most people are very inclined towards overpricing if given a chance. Accordingly, the chance that node operators will agree to a reasonable transaction fee reduction in the future seems very iffy, as they would have to willingly give up money. Sure, they might gain more money in the long view later on by doing so, but trying to get people to actually act so can be difficult.
I could easily see XtraBytes stuck at 100 coins per transaction essentially permanently, while the coin eventually stagnated by accordingly having no regular users other than speculators. Of course, "no regular users other than speculators" does describe most altcoins in general, but scalability seems low.

How do I get a Static Node?
Ptytrader I agree that a white paper coming out soon would be preferable to progressing development, as it also allows other people to get involved and help. Hopefully something can come out in the next 2 - 3 weeks. Let's see where we are after Sundays announcement. Whitepaper needs to be done properly and we may need help with this. I read the Storj whitepaper and it is complex stuff. I think (can't say for sure because this is Borzalom's work) we will be very similar in many aspects, but I have no experience in this technical side and Borzalom is not native English. Right now he is working on the STaTiC system... We want to be ready for Sunday... What I can tell any developer out there and anyone interested in being part of XtraBYtes is that this is the beginning of something that has massive potential. We need to form a larger team because 3 people is not enough. Just remember, this is a community project. No corporation (YET) and nobody is getting paid for this work (YET). We don't know if that will ever come, but it is certainly not impossible and this is my intention. So, get your STaTiC Nodes... this is the long term investment into this project. Thanks guys for kind words =) With regard to Whitepaper I can help proofread for the team, but agree Boz will likely need help on technical side!!! |

That is a selfish and poor person with mental issues thinking he is the god among herd. I would his ass without hesitation to show him how delusional and corrupt he is and can even break bones if I find it appropriate. I have been working on omniledger for the past 5 days and tired of individuals trying to send me their photos. I was only trying to help :O Do not feed the trolls The logos are great and very inspiratonal! |

Just heard about XBY like 1 hour, read through all these posts and bought some. Really nice to read how you guys are trying to turn things around for the best after having such bad experience. Too bad i didn't heard about XBY a couple of days sooner as i was investing in more coins at that moment. Hopefully the price won't go up too much as i'm getting my salary next week  . Then i can buy more. Really wish you guys the best! |
