Yes being decentralized it can cause it and most if the people who are high profile and most of the government officers and politicians also use it for that purpose. No, Bitcoin can not lead to corruption. It actually increases but in individual personal wallets. Getting assess to your password will be the only means to enhance corruption.Also if there is a manager of your wallet who knows your pass word and can easily log into your account, it is only then that such person will be able to have assess to your wallet  and be able to steal your bitcoin. And that is the only thing that can lead to corruption.

Exactly, it's not bitcoin that has to blame because it was just a tool to commit a crime like corruption, everyone has different motives or purpose in using their bitcoin and since they have the freedom they can use it based on their will.  The government should make a law to eliminate if not minimize this kind of activity using bitcoin, it will only lead to bad image of bitcoin for people who does not really understand what bitcoin is.

Yes, some FIAT will be converted on bitcoin and you can do transfer to the wallet and another wallet just to make the transaction unidentified!
