First thing you do when you encounter a new website is google "name scam or legit"
This way the website proves it pays!
Not only their gamblers but people who wear their signature
Clicks from the signature are just a bonus

Your logic is - people see signature, than they search on google "scam or legit" and it's bonus if they click on signature? Does it really matter where they click? IMO more important question is - did they sign up because they've seen site in signature.

People know the website is paying, the website leader has a good trust on bitcointalk and people will more easily deposit onto his site

What about new sites and new signature campaigns? Can you tell new site is legit because they are running signature campaign?

It's all about the 'legitness' of a site, not advertising (which is a bonus)

It makes it appear as such

For example
You see some agency let's call it XResearch is often cited as a source on the news
And you get job offers from XResearch and YResearch
You need a job right away, you don't want to do the research or don't have time
You take the XResearch offer although you don't know if they pay their employees
It's the same with signatures

It does not have to to be legit to appear as such

I know the first website I gambled on was PrimeDice, simply because it was everywhere on the forum and it was paying everyone
I didn't click any of the signatures to bet on it, I just knew about it as it appeared legit
And I gambled on it

It's the same with any other signature campaign

It's not about the conversions
It's about appearing legit to the crowd
We can say it is advertising, but not in the conventional sense of advertising for direct conversion
It's advertising of your "fairness" to pay people and as I said appearing legit which will result in people being more likely to bet on your website
But the signatures themselves will not convert even to 10% of their pay per post

it will never be a waste of time..  with all of this advertisement you attract members to try this particular site.  if you are still a new business,  you need to use funds for advertisement.. just imagine how can someone attract people if they don't know the site because there is no advertisement they see.

Its not a waste of time because you know about seo? if you know that thing you should know that if your website is promoting by many people here your site will have authority this is what i experience where promoting my website before. .i got 30 plus authority in moz that can increase the rank of my website in google and other search engine.
The other part is you can get referrals if you use your referral links in signature.. and its impossible that no one can click that because i experience to get referrals by my signature campaign just like yolodice.. So campaign is really works its not a waste of time it gives them a lot of benefits..  Backlinks trust flow authority or Any good  stats that past juice in your site from here to your site.

Signature campaigns are not intended ONLY for gambling sites. It is some kind of advertisement so anyone who wants to advertise their sites or services can start a signature campaign. As you can see, there are lots of Signature Campaigns here in the forum, they are either; Gambling Sites, Trading Platforms, Altcoin Exchanging Sites, Newly created Altcoins, and other related to crypto-currency.

It is not really a wasted of money since advertisement is one strategy to increase the awareness of people on their product. Thus, making their sales increase. I hope I clarified your question.

Signature campaign is some kind of advertisement and i think there are a lot of good outcome when the owner decide to used signature campaign as the way to do advertising , that is why there are people willing to pay some money to create a signature campaign, signature campaign also a great way to introduce a new site, so i think signature campaign help to attract more people to visit the site

I would question how well it actually works in the gambling section of the forum, since that's basically just a cesspool of sig spamming.  Still I do think that a lot of the people in those campaigns actually do take part in gambling on the casinos advertised on the forum.

I suppose they must get a lot of exposure, people posting loads each day and every post can be viewed by hundreds of people in some cases due to the nature of a forum.  A lot of the people reading aren't very disciplined and might throw loads of money into a gambling site in a heartbeat for all we know.

If they do the ads, it must work.  These campaigns pay a lot and they've been running for a long time, with several of them.

My answer is yes, the signature campaigns actually work for gambling sites. When you set up a new gambling site, of course, very few people will know it. You will need to advertise, introduce that gambling site so people know, attract users to use your site. Signature campaigns on the forum are a great way to do that. You may never notice or click on the signatures but not everyone. Gamblers will care and pay attention to them. I am also very interested and pay attention to people's signatures

advertising has never been done to generate traffic by users clicks. when you see a banner add in the highway while driving advertising for example a beverage you don't stop the car or change your direction to go buy that beverage.

signature campaigns is also the same, they are not here to get you to click on them. they are here for brand recognition.

it is pretty simple actually. let me give you an example.
there are currently a couple of mixers on bitcointalk 3 had signature campaigns and 1 stopped. if i ask people to introduce me to a bitcoin mixing service you know what they introduce me to? that is right to bitmixer.io because they have had a steady signature for 3 years (since 2014).

Well as what you see i'm in Bitsler Camoaign helping to grow and build community. This campaign almost will reach 1year and from now on bitsler is now more popular than others because on what promotions and so many advertisement that admin do just to become her gambling most popular.

Its a waste for you since you are not a business owner and its been part always on business on promoting it which means you would really need to run campaign on this forum which we know lots of traffics here circulating around which means exposure would be good since there are lots of users would be aware on your new site.They do really work since from the start if you don't click on any signature then its just your behavior not ours or other people.We do have different interest on new things.

This forum is the best place to advertise gambling houses that operate in bitcoin because this forum has gathered together all the people who like bitcoin and use it, also the gamblers of this category. For most of the gambling houses advertising work, for a few that run their signature for a short time may not work. That's the advantage on using up this forum and yes it doesn't really need clicks to generate profits since users could able to visit on their own when they saw the banner or signature of a certain member who does wear it.You said was right regarding on site which do offer banner advertising they do really have low statistics which is more useless than on this forum advertisement.

As what i expreince about here in forum, "Signature Campaign" is not a waste of time. Yeah it's a waste of money, but after it or after the money you spend it will double back for it because signature campaign work is to get more gamblers from your here then play for your gambling site. Advertisement is part for promotiong your gambling like what other's admin did here, that make an Signature Campaign just to get and attract more players.

If it didn't I don't think every bitcoin casino will create one that will promote their site. For sure it generates some traffic into their sites that is why they are doing it. If it doesn't I don't think they would continue to fund something that isn't working. People will see them and subconsciously they remember the ads.

I don't think signature campaign is just a waste of time and money, try it first before you say that it's just a waste of time. Many gambling here now still growing and growing because of signature campaign. Advertisement is part of it, if you didn't advertise your gambling then i think it will just vanishhh
