How do you feel about the death penalty?

I feel bad for the ones who are killed and mostly for the ones who think they can kill other human.

Death penalty is a serious punishment because we talk about people’s life. I think it’s depends on what crime their committed like about drug, murder, rape and other brutal crimes. In my country, death penalty are not implemented I think it’s one of the reason why the crime rate are still high and criminals are force to do crimes. Government must act to this not only for today but also for the future.

Look at countries such as Singapore and Japan. They have some of the lowest crime rates in the world, and one of the reasons for that is the implementation of the death penalty. Even possession of drugs can get you the death sentence in Singapore.

I'm fine with death penalty. I mean i agree with it to make people think that commiting a crime is not "just" a thing for them to do. If they commit so, they should pay the consequences of every crime they make.

I feel sad when i here death penalty. If a people accuse and get into death penalty, what he/she feels and what their love ones feels when they hear that word, obviously they are getting sad and mad. All of the people in this earth have a right to changes and have a happy life. If god forgive people, why people can forgive other people? I just want is have a freedom and give love in this world.

Makes a lot of sense though should be a lot of conaiderations. People should be proven well beyond reasonable doubt that they're guilty before they can be punished. If a country's justice system is corrupt, i don't think death penalty would be put to good use since most likely only those who don't have thr money to defend themselves would be the only ones put to death.

Okay then go ahead talk to every prison all over the world and asked them to free all the prisoners.  Just be sure that when they are freed you will welcome them into your house.  Yes, correct that God forgives so why can't we?  Maybe we should forgive them but not their sins.  I mean, they should be charged and punished for what they have done.  If all will be get by saying sorry, what is the purpose of police and trial court?  If all can be forgiven then all we just continue to do evil and will not feel sorry for what they did.

You probably never were in prison and do not understand what kind of people they are. Some of them deserve not just the death penalty, but they must be killed several times for what they did. Not everyone can be forgiven. And there is no god in their souls.

It is hard to dicide which crime is hard enough to end a life. I can understand the opinion that people who kill or rape have to get punished hard and for a long time for a lifetime for example

Iguess the best way to think about it is this way, what do you do with a rabid dog? You have to put it down with a gun usually, or if someone is able to capture it you have it put down at a shelter or someting.

What about dogs that bite people and won't stop no matter how much you train them?when you put them into an adoption shelter or whatever, that dog won't get adopted, and it will then be killed after a certain amount of time passes as most shelters are kill shelters(the super majority are).

So isn't it the same with a human? Why wouldn't it be?we value humanity wayyy too much, if the person was proven to be a killer and the evidence is real and not fake, they should just be put out of this world. They are like a beast that will kill again. And many who do get out kill again or rape people again.

Well, it sounds scary to those who did bad things. Honestly I am in favor with it, if all country will implement this as their law I know it will lessen the counts of crimes and killings, rape case and  etc.

There are too many cases when judge's verdicts were incorrect.for example there are people who spent 5-10 years in jail,but than they' proved their guiltlessness. We have no right to take away someone's life!! Death penalty is nonsense. when they do it they become criminals too. remember that there is prison,wich is hell on earth.

Nowadays, the science and technology has advanced so much that faking charges against someone is getting almost impossible. But obviously, there will be a few rare occasions in which innocent people are convicted of crimes which they didn't commit. And I agree with your viewpoint on the prisons. A prison is a place where a human being is reduced to the status of a street dog.

Death penalties are necessary because some men don't deserve to liv. Terrorist who kills innocent people, rapist,  mmurderers. These people doesn't deserve to live the death penalty is necessary for those people

Killing a human for killing another human is the most hypocritical thing we, as rational beings, can do. It only produces more hate, more suffering (ironically, not for the criminal, but for innocent people around him), and more killing.
The last thing we should do is let someone else's crime define us as humans, drain our souls and bring more cruelty into the world. Not to forget the relatively high probability of killing an innocent. We can do so much better than that with the minimum of damage for anyone other than the criminal.

in this world every country has their own law and firstly,we should give respect to their law because it is their opinion. sometimes people does harmful works in a society then they gets it's punishment. some people gets death penalty. it is important that the judgement should do the right use of this law  because this is the last step of giving punishment.
