I see ....not having experience with backends of gaming I had no idea it was such a large undertaking.
Perhaps something for the future of hyper then.

Most definitely. If people with experience in this area would like to help out it would be appreciated.

I really have no skill except for promotional skills and picking some winners on here so people do take a bit of notice of coins I invest in.

My point before about the dev funding mechanism is. That although the coins are worth nothing now if developers see their work can increase drastically the value of the tokens they will receive in return for their efforts it can inspire devs to join and build value in the project.

The vote to return to 5% monthly is very unwise to me anyway. I would say that should have been taken as dev funding. There is no point getting 5% more of nothing each month. Better to use it to bring in devs and build out value in the project.

Just my view anyway.
It is reasonable to make a large-scale campaign for placement of post about HYPER on all possible BITCOINTALK threads. Many new curious people will read and learn. It is necessary to make the list of all known coins and to get into their discussion as if between times.  ______
Paзyмнo cдeлaть мacштaбнyю кaмпaнию пo paзмeщeнию post o HYPER нa вcex вoзмoжныx нитяx BITCOINTALK. Mнoгo нoвыx любoпытныx людeй пpoчитaют и yзнaют. Hyжнo cocтaвить cпиcoк вcex извecтныx мoнeт и зaлeзть в иx oбcyждeниe кaк бы мeждy дeлoм.

Update on the swap,
There are roughly 6 blocks left until the end of the swap at the time of this posting so it is pretty much over with now unless some new swaps come in before it ends.

Once block 43200 is reached the swap form will disappear and further swap submissions will not be available. If you have coins that you are unable to move please private message either myself or crazyjack and we will try to assist you.

As of now 3,560,951.14610786 HYPER has been swapped, 267,372.69374900 HYPER is pending swap, and there is an estimated 425k more HYPER in the swap process which brings the total amount of HYPER to roughly 4,253,323.83985686 which is just over half of the old HYPER having been swapped. Once all swaps have been finalized the swap wallet will be deleted and the old HYPER will be gone forever.

~3.75m new HYPER will be left over after the swap which leaves us with what to do with it. It was asked previously about rewarding those who assisted with the swap process with some of the leftover funds before burning the rest but it went without answer. Please let us know what you guys think about that and if so what would be a fair amount.

Those who assisted in the 2 month swap process,

Crazyjack
Provided a lot of support in the thread and in private messages when users had difficulties.
Provided several blockchain copies for the old versions for users to sync faster.
Assisted several people with uploading their wallet.dat and swapping their coins for them when they were unable to do so.

Pysbits
Will be providing news releases for HYPER once DKV2:Universe goes live

Myself
Built the swap system and processed 120+ swaps

If I missed someone please let me know.

If the community decides that those who helped with the process of getting HYPER back on track should not receive any reward then the remaining coins will be burned. If a reward is given then that amount will be split accordingly and the rest burned through the consoles burn command.

To help with this a poll has been set up at the CryptoDatabase Forums

We established a minimum dev fund of 200,000 to stake and help provide funds for bounties and other stuff. With 200k staking that should provide 10k+ compounding stakes per month and allow for at least a stable income.

For the 5% a month, I agree. The lower inflation is the more valuable it is but with new coins constantly flooding through it makes it hard to increase the price range.

And if I may add something to this, as my point of view. If you have nothing to show, no services, no games, so nothing to backup your currency, even 10 coins of that currency, as for an example, are too much. So stop worrying about volume, it doesn't matter, create content instead.

For those who sent coins to the swap address after the swap ended the form has been opened back up. Please submit your swaps that were already sent.

Now when SWAP is behind us we can start with the next stage and that is building our game base.

All games, Active, Pending and Canceled will be sorted here.

If anyone wants to add their game, contact us so we can start with talks.

And this is how HYPER Community members classification looks like.

You have to register an account at this forum first to see that classification and if you want to be a part of that community, well, it is quite clear what there has to be done for that.

Thanks for posting this information, I just want to add onto it and clarify about the HYPER group sections in the screenshot. These sub forums are only visible to those who have permissions to access these boards so users with normal accounts will not be able to see that these exist.

Hello, please upgrade to the latest version of 2.0.1.0 and re-sync your block files, this should solve your problem.

CryptoDatabase! Tell all! You don't listen to me. Let strictly people make a backup copy of a wallet. Copy her to several places (on a disk, the USB stick) Let will bring copies to reliable places. Teach people to replace wallet.dat/Further people, absolutely nothing understanding will come! At reinstallation WINDOWS everything is lost. I, think, will tell thanks to me!

oh..no..i was wrong,i thought sync is done bc wallet shows full sync at block 15912

To resync your block files on Windows,

Open %AppData\Roaming\hyper-v2 and delete these two folders, database and txleveldb. Once those two folders have been deleted delete the blk0001.dat file.

Do NOT delete the wallet.dat file, this holds your coins and you should always have a copy of this file stored somewhere as a backup after each new address you create.

Once you have deleted the database and txleveldb folders and the blk0001.dat file restart your HYPER 2.0.1 client and it should start to sync to the current blockchain.

This has been explained to many people already as it will whenever it pops up.

I repeat. Further told solves all problems. I am taught by many wallets of different coins. You have to have a backup copy of a purse, made earlier. Open the folder hyper-v2. To remove from her the wallet.dat file. Then insert the file of a backup copy into the folder. Rename him into wallet.dat / Then begin a wallet

You don't have to do anything with the wallet.dat except have a backup of it. Renaming it and creating a new wallet.dat and then replacing it is basically a waste of time and is completely unnecessary for any coin. The only time a wallet.dat has to be replaced is if it is corrupted, lost, or you have multiple wallets on the same computer and you want to switch out which one loads.
