I leave the game when I the allotted money I have for gambling is  already bust that way I can prevent myself from depositing again and play thinking that I will take back the money that is lost. And if I am on profit I leave the game when I see that I already profited 50% of my bankroll.

For every 100% of your winnings you may keep at least 30% of it or any amount you want to separate then you should apply discipline to yourself, to continue playing just spend your excitement within 70% of the remaining amount win or lose. If you lose your 70% you should stop right away and leave or you may lose again your 100% win. Put in mind that you gamble just for entertainment not as a vice and may lost everything.

That's why it is always advisable to have a fixed bankroll and discipline so that you don't spend outside your bankroll. Gambling is very dangerous for draining your pocket and so you should be meticulous about your actions especially how you spend. I normally leave after I exhaust my bankroll or I win even 50% more.

They dont really necessary need a psychiatrist since if you are really sensible or serious on quitting gambling you can actually do it without the help from others but most people do really have this kind of problem which they cant able to get out on gambling addiction which makes their lives miserable talking about financial state because on such addiction they really compromise their money.
