Arthur has been a big disappointment for Juventus so far. They signed him for €76m but his current market value has downed to €25m. But when it comes to Tielemans, he is just awesome. He has increased his value by €10m since he joined Leicester too. He scored 5 goals and made 2 assists in 14 games and I remember some of their goals which were amazing. But I don't think that Leicester would like to let him go easily.

Arsenal are really short in midfield with Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny at the Africa Cup of Nations, and Sambi Lokonga adjusting to the intensity of English football. They were initially skeptical about their plans to sign Arthur Melo from Juventus. They were heavily linked to signing Bruno Guimarães from Lyon but in the end i think they would want to go for Arthur on loan but It is like Juventus are prepared to let the Brazil midfielder leave, but do not want to loan him out without an obligation to buy at the end of the season.
