I always admire Maximiman style of play, a very aggressive player and played tirelessly for Newcastle, I agreed that in the next transfer window bigger club might bid for him, however with the taking over of the club by sheikh, it means more money for Newcastle therefore there is the possiblity of offering a juicy contract to ensure he stays with the club.
Honestly the huge investment by the sheikh into Newcastle is already paying off and yielding good results, with consistent in their good performance in their subsequent matches will ensure their escape from relegation.

Money will always bring a good result for a club, I think we all can agree on that. And I don't think that they are in need of too much money right now because Sheikh has enough of it.

Price isn't a problem if they could find a way to reduce it by doing a player switch with additional fees to pay by one of them.

Neuer has been playing at an absolute top level for years and lapses are still very rare despite his age. There are also no signs that he will end his career in the next 1-2 years. Therefore, it would be the right decision if Nübel leaves the club. He needs the game experience otherwise he will never be able to develop so much to take over the position of Neuer at some point.
