I don’t see Nagelsmann changing the 4-2-3-1 formation he’s been using. Firstly he deployed that formation because of the kind of players that are in the Bayern Munich team. He doesn’t have a sole defensive midfielder or a target man even if he wants to change to 4-3-3 formation. They’re are so many central offensive midfielders in the team and wingers. He has to stick with this formation to maximize their abilities. What’s happening to Bayern Munich is just lack of confidence and poor connection. They’ll find their form when it’s time.
