Bayern Munich are desperately trying to make their striker signing at the earliest opportunity but it's quite late for this season I'm afraid. Because they should have done this pre-season to be fully ready. They were just too stubborn about not going for any player and denied all the rumours linking them with Harry Kane.

There is no way they are signing Kane in January. They'd better forget about it and make their plans according to that. Whatever amount they offer I don't think Tottenham would be okay about selling him in the middle of the season. It'd be a huge problem for them while they are doing this much wonderful in the EPL.

He's not unfit at Bayern but he's not very comfortable in his current position.

Because depending on the success rate of the team maybe we might see the team and him reaching an agreement for a contract extension later in the season. You are right, actually the problem that Bayer faces is the finisher part. Mane has not been able to answer the needs that Bayern need in the previous four matches. there may be several reasons that Mane always struggles to score goals, some rumors say it doesn't match the strategy pattern that Nagels often uses, some say Mane is better if he plays as a winger.

but for sure, in the match against Leverkusen. Nagels must be able to restore the confidence of his squad and win the game. not easy, but Nagels must answer any doubts that currently tend to corner his position as boss of Bayern Munich.
