Sunday's transfer gossip:

Liverpool's pursuit of Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder Jude Bellingham will not be harmed by their struggles this season as Champions League qualification is not a deal-breaker for the 19-year-old. I'm not so sure about that. Every player wants to play in the Champions League and fight for trophies. I believe that there is still a greater chance that Bellingham will go to Real as a replacement for the aging Modric.
Croatia midfielder Marcelo Brozovic could be sold by Inter Milan in the summer, with Barcelona, Chelsea and Real Madrid interested in the 30-year-old. It seems to me that Inter is making the same mistake as they did with Perisic, and that they will only be aware of the kind of player they let in later. For Brozovic, this is the last chance to make a career transfer.
Paris St-Germain could let at least one of Argentina forward Lionel Messi, 35, France striker Kylian Mbappe, 24, and Brazil forward Neymar, 31, leave the club in the summer as the club looks to reduce its wage bill because of Uefa financial fair play. Who among them is the biggest candidate to leave? It seems to me that PSG would prefer to get rid of Neymar  Grin
AC Milan and France striker Olivier Giroud is open to a move back to the Premier League with London sides West Ham, Fulham, Crystal Palace and Brentford all potential destinations for the 36-year-old. Lots of interested clubs for this great player. What Giroud will decide in the end?

Now I can understand for footballers to return to their home country when they are closest to quitting football.  They played away from their country for years and missed their country very much.  Before leaving football, they may want to go to a team of their country for a few years and breathe that atmosphere again.  Marcelo's decision should be exactly like this.  Al Nassr wanted to sign him and he could go to that team and make good money.
With his condition that he didn't have a club at that time receiving offers from any club would definitely be his priority no longer choosing which one would make a good offer, and Al Nassr wanted it to be just a rumor and Fluminese were serious about making an offer and he accepted it and with his age the option would be very limited is not the same as when young.

It could have been a great decision to go to Al Nassr for Marcelo. I know a lot of people have emotional attachments to their first club.  But when you can get a huge amount of money by going to a club and you go to your boyhood club just for the feel of it, I think it is a dumb decision. I understand it was an emotional decision. But emotions are not going to get you money. What I am trying to say is, it was going to be a better decision to go to al Nassr and get a lot more money for his service.

There was a rumour that Olivier Giroud has refuse contract extension from AC Milan and it didn't mentioned the reason why he don't want to extended his contract with Milan but there is a speculate he will open the possibilities return to England and Giroud priority is London teams and if this rumour is true i think it's not difficult for him to find new clubs because some of premier league clubs such as Crystal Palace and Fulham were interested to him
On the other hand this would be big lost for Milan if losing him this summer because compared to other Milan forward players only Giroud who can able to playing consistent

It won't be a bad thing for both Giroud and Milan to part ways. Things come to an end. If Giroud wants to play football somewhere else then it's fine. He's already used to the EPL so it won't be a very difficult situation for him.
Milan also have a lot of time to look for a replacement since it's the summer that Giroud would be leaving. There are a lot of exciting top strikers that would love to play for Milan. They may not be as experienced as Giroud but they can deliver and that's all that matters.
Yes, he is used to the rhythm of the game in the Premier League, this is nothing new for him. You are right that AC Milan has enough time to prepare which players they will target if AC Milan does part ways with Olivier Giroud. Olivier Giroud played 21 times this season and scored 7 goals in Serie A, in the Champions League he played 7 times and contributed 4 goals.

If Giroud wants to return to an EPL club I think that's good enough, but the level of competitiveness in the EPL is so high, I doubt that Giroud will be able to compete with the younger players. Even if he rejects the offer of a contract extension, I think he'd better go to another club in Serie A because there will definitely be other clubs who want to sign him in the summer.

Zidane at this moment is the best option for chelsea, because I don't see much difference between pochetino and Potter, aside the fact that he took ligue one..But for Zidane players will respect him for what he has achieved as a player and as a coach.,and ofcourse he plays a good style of football too.

Its getting tough for Potter to hang around with the way Chelsea are giving result. Zidane is a good choice but I think Chelsea are gonna give Potter some more chances before they seriously start thinking about sacking Potter and getting a new manager. It was a tough game today but maybe pressure from fans change things around now. There is serious amount of discontent building amongst Chelsea fans and that might change the way board is thinking of Potter right now.

As for Zidane he will be a great manager but is Zidane up for PL challenge? Last I heard was that he is on a break but that has been a while now. I would love to see him in PL though and he certainly would do better at Chelsea. Right transfers and building the squad is what they need right now and Zidane is good at that.

I think you mean they are going to fire Potter before the season ends. We know the performance of Chelsea is not good at all and they are in the middle of the table and probably they won't be even in the Europa league but still even if they fire Potter before the season end the new coach won't have enough time to do something show better performance with this team.
All of that backfired for Chelsea to let Potter go and replace him with a new coach, that doesn't mean that all of this is a guarantee that Chelsea can complete their duties in the Premier League. Vice versa, maintaining Graham Potter is also not a guarantee of any kind. But at least Chelsea will continue to see this progress in the long term. I mean Potter has 2 or 3 games as a chance. Hasn't Chelsea been gambling from the start by taking Potter and buying expensive players who can be said to be not too dangerous while on the field. For example, Mudryk was unclear about his role at Chelsea and his performances simply did not match the price.

Chelsea's condition is increasingly uncertain. in fact they just got a defeat against the Spurs, this defeat adds to a series of bad records in six games without a win. Potter's situation as coach of the Blues, increasingly on the edge. pressure to fire Potter, increasingly echoing from the Chelsea supporters.

However, I agree with what you said. that it would backfire for Chelsea to eventually fire Potter from the coaching chair. because whoever the new coach will be, there is no guarantee that he will bring Chelsea much better in the shortest possible time. but, we all agree that Potter is not able to bring Chelsea any better even though he has been supported by bringing in newcomers. I don't know what he's planning in his strategy. but what is certain, Potter is still playing players who are clearly unable to score goals. apart from all that, it looks like Potter's career will not last long with Chelsea.

I absolutely agree with @Mimiklinton because Graham Potter is not going to be able to actually bring good results with Chelsea. Doesn't matter how many great players are in the squad. And we all know that the squad of Chelsea is not bad at all. So if at this moment Zidane comes as the coach of Chelsea it is going to be very good for them and also a morale boosting move for the players as well.

Actually, another thought came into my mind. What if Zidane does not like this squad? What if he wants to make more big changes if he wants to come on as the coach? That is not going to be good at all for Chelsea. But that's if he does decide to come on as the coach. Which also seems to be unlikely at the moment.

Al Nassr have made contact with the representatives of Paris St-Germain and former Spain defender Sergio Ramos over a potential move before next season. Will Arab owners get another big European star after Ronaldo? Saudi Arabia, it seems, is becoming a rich retirement destination for old European stars  Grin
Ramos' contract at PSG ends in June, considering that Ramos is 36 years old, it seems that PSG will not sign a new contract with him. Several sources reported that Sergio Ramos was the first player to be linked with a move to Saudi Arabia. reports from Marca said that the chance to bring Ramos from PSG was indeed open. well, it looks like Ramos can play together again with his former team-mates who are currently playing at Al Nassr. however, there is no certainty regarding the continuation of this rumor.

France forward Marcus Thuram, who will be out of contract at Borussia Monchengladbach in the summer, has been offered to Barcelona, while Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Manchester United and PSG have also been linked with the 25-year-old. Many clubs want Thuram, and what will he decide in the end?
As we know, Marcus has not yet shown signs of negotiating a contract extension. Mascus Thuram's contract duration will end this season. and several big clubs, such as Inter, Man United, ATM, SPG and Barcelona, have always been linked with this Galdbach striker. but rumor has it, Marcus Thuram's father, Lilian Thuram advised his son to leave for Barcelona after his contract expired.

In the event that Sergio Ramos does move to the Arabs, it will not be surprising at all. Among all these groups, Al Nassr has slowly developed into one of the most powerful.
At the very least, they are developing into a really strong club and probably one of the strongest clubs in the Arab world.

Many clubs are interested in signing Thuram at the moment. It seems to me that nothing is certain at this point, and I am not sure what will happen next.
It is possible, however, that BSG will actually be able to entice him with money.

No one plans to fire the potter that Ben Jacobs said and obviously this will be maintained to continue his project with Potter this season.
Potter always made a lot of mistakes even though many talented players I did not know what the strategy that became a way out was clearly a series of matches because they had never won for the last few matches and that was unfortunate by Chelsea fans.
The career will not be maintained if it is indeed a long dissolved bad, I know this is from all the bad missions for him all demanding out but the management is the one who decides they might have another view to hire potter.

Oliver Giroud is a player that in terms of performance doesn't hide in whichever team that he finds himself, Since he was moved from Chelsea to AC Milan, he's contribution to the team is clearly seen, basically he's goal scoring ability. There must be a reason for his refusal about renewing his contract, However this is still a rumour until he comes out to clear the air on where he's likely going to spend his future career.

^ It feels to me that PSG wants to get rid of Neymar as well. But at the same time, I also think Lionel Messi does not want to stay at PSG. So PSG will have to make a choice. Neymar is actually playing well. But injury is the biggest concern for him.

AC Milan and France striker Olivier Giroud is open to a move back to the Premier League with London sides West Ham, Fulham, Crystal Palace and Brentford all potential destinations for the 36-year-old. Lots of interested clubs for this great player. What Giroud will decide in the end?
^ Olivier Giroud is old but still a very good player. The only problem is he is quite old at this point. So whichever team takes him in, will have to remember that he is not going to give service for a long period of time. One year contract is going to be the best approach.

Olivier Giroud is still playing well but he is far from the golden days he had in Arsenal even after left Arsenal for Chelsea he could perform well enough and at Chelsea, he couldn't shine like the days he had in Arsenal after that he joined AC Milan and now I can say this Olivier Giroud is far from what we knew in Arsenal but yes he is still a good player. however, AC Milan could start investing in young players instead of him.

I believe that there is still a greater chance that Bellingham will go to Real as a replacement for the aging Modric.
...

Liverpool have very obvious midfield problems but despite this they have been very slow in the winter transfer window. I really wouldn't want to be in Klopp's shoes. They're acting like they're trying to make Klopp helpless right now. Even Liverpool signing Jude Bellingham may not be enough. I think they need to catch up with the competition and they need to sign a few more quality midfielders to achieve that.

Well, the truth would be very exciting if CR7 and Marcelo could play together, it would be like when they played for Real Madrid, plus they are two great friends, just remember when Marcelo was in Portugal and stayed at the hotel owned by CR7, CR7's response was that he was at home and that he was welcome, then only if they have such a good friendship relationship, at Al Nassr with Marcelo CR7's bet and he will be able to shine a lot, I imagine they will be Hattricks in every game, The Saudi league is becoming very important, ESPN is already broadcasting it and I see that this football is making great progress.

Liverpool been in a terrible condition but will bounce back to winning ways. The club recording poor results in domestic league games, which must be voided before the league campaign comes to an end. There are too many clubs making offers for Bellingham; only a wise decision will bring the up-and-coming talent to prominence. He's young and already performing at a high level. Outstanding midfielder Jude Bellingham has extensive football experience. He is a vital member of Borrusia Dortmund and a talented player overall. Jurgen Klopp has the Englishman as a top objective and has him on Liverpool's radar.

In the event that Sergio Ramos does move to the Arabs, it will not be surprising at all. Among all these groups, Al Nassr has slowly developed into one of the most powerful.
At the very least, they are developing into a really strong club and probably one of the strongest clubs in the Arab world.

Of course, in financial terms it will be very beneficial for Sergio Ramos to go play for Al Nassr, but he and his family would have to get used to living in a country where religion, law and customs are very different from Europe, another point which I find very worrying and that Al Nassr has been paying high salaries and perks to the famous players who play for their team, but is it really that Al Nassr has been making profits? Will they be able to maintain these high salaries for many years? where does this infinite money come from that they keep paying salaries and perks? I fear that through the government they are impoverishing their people and taking the money to invest in their teams, anyway it is strange that a league generates so much money to the point that some teams pay very high wages, I wonder how long this can be sustainable

Sunday's transfer gossip:

Paris St-Germain could let at least one of Argentina forward Lionel Messi, 35, France striker Kylian Mbappe, 24, and Brazil forward Neymar, 31, leave the club in the summer as the club looks to reduce its wage bill because of Uefa financial fair play. Who among them is the biggest candidate to leave? It seems to me that PSG would prefer to get rid of Neymar  Grin

Neymar is the best option for them to get rid of right now because the Brazilian forward has been plagued by injuries and inconsistency on the field. Neymar is still a young player who is fit to face big challenges; any club that signs him will benefit because he will add value to the team and boost morale on the field.

Quote
AC Milan and France striker Olivier Giroud is open to a move back to the Premier League with London sides West Ham, Fulham, Crystal Palace and Brentford all potential destinations for the 36-year-old. Lots of interested clubs for this great player. What Giroud will decide in the end?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/64772240

Olivier Giroud is an old player who would not be given more attention by big teams right now. Those clubs bidding for him are the best fit for him because he will get more playing time with them than with bigger clubs. He's an experienced player who will add more value to any team he joins later.

^ It feels to me that PSG wants to get rid of Neymar as well. But at the same time, I also think Lionel Messi does not want to stay at PSG. So PSG will have to make a choice. Neymar is actually playing well. But injury is the biggest concern for him.

If anyone wants to bet with me I would bet that Neymar will leave PSG in the next transfer window.

It is very clear that the mood there does not support Mbapeé + Neymar + Messi.
Neymar creates a lot of fights wherever he goes, he is not a good example of a player, and I think that when he leaves, the PSG team will be even better after a short period of time.

I also predict that as soon as Neymar leaves, Messi will leave, there may be some internal fighting, and who will stay is only Mbapeé.

Neymar should go to Chelsea, and the gossip about Messi is about going back to Newell Old Boys from Argentina, but I think Messi will try to play in a European club to play one more UCL, maybe England.

Neymar is the best option for them to get rid of right now because the Brazilian forward has been plagued by injuries and inconsistency on the field. Neymar is still a young player who is fit to face big challenges; any club that signs him will benefit because he will add value to the team and boost morale on the field.

Neymar is already 31 years old, he is not that young anymore, and unfortunately it seems that he has been showing signs of wear and tear with injuries, and he is not as fast as he used to be, and one of his skills is based on speed.

If a team is stablized almost every coach can take the team to victory.  The problem of Chelsea is not the coach, it is the inconsistencies of the players . After the rebuilt thay Chelsea is doing, by next season they will do very well even with Poter if he's gonna remain as the head coach.
The problem was still in the coach. The coach has responsibility to build anything that would make the club even better started from

- Mentality
- Chemistry
- Self confident, etc.

The problem is potter never coached the big club. The pressure was so big compared with coaching the small clubs. If you were seeing his history as a coach in professional football and this is his first time to be a coach for the big club. Todd was wrongly picked garbage coach for chelsea.

Look at how aubameyang already tried to left from the club as potter has no clue how to reveal his potential for chelsea.

Why would anyone spend 500+ million on transfers and hire a manager that never managed a top club before, that part has always confused me a lot. Did the owner and the manager knew each other beforehand? Do we have any news about that at all?

I mean that never made sense to me, if you are spending that much, then you can also pay a bit more and get a top manger, not saying you should get Klopp or Pep, because Klopp would be hard to get and looks to be doing bad anyway, and Pep would be impossible to convince, but at the very least get someone who has managed a big club before. In any case, I agree that it was all on manager, players could play inconsistently, it's manager's job to fix it.

Neymar is 31 and yes he is not young anymore but this can't be a reason to say he can't play like his good days anymore don't forget that Messi played very well during the last world cup while he is older than Neymar so it doesn't matter even if Neymar is 31 he can still shine but according what we know from the news in the next transfer window he is going to leave PSG and Messi will do the same thing, while we don't know about the destination of these two players but there is a possibility for Messi to play in an American team.
