It looks like Chelsea have no plans to stop making new transfers and spending a huge deal of money at the same time.

Because this time there is even a rumour related to Bellingham. Chelsea are reported to be preparing to join this race to sign him. Neymar is a real mercenary, he is not the kind of player who loves a club and and is loyal. He will go wherever the most money is paid and that place will be PSG for him. I doubt that any of the big clubs would want him anyway. He is more an actor than a soccer player too often and his style isn't that effective. If you say that he is doing a great job in Ligue 1 I think that is almost meaningless. He had his best time when he played for Barcelona. When he went to PSG everyone could see that it was all about the money.

He will now have one more chance to prove that he is an outstanding player and that is against Bayern Munich. If PSG gets kicked out again there might even be a lot of discussion about him.

I am convinced that Neymar would leave PSG immediately when another club puts more money on the table. Leaving Barcelona for PSG when you had the chance to play alongside with Messi only makes sense when you are after the money. Another reason might be that Neymar thought he could turn PSG into a champions league winner. But he worked so well with Messi and Messi didn't even steal the show. Neymar could take free kicks at Barcelona and even penalties, something Messi aways took responsibility for.

Actually, I am going to agree with @rby because I have seen Tammy Abraham play. I honestly do not think that he is going to be capable of handling such a responsibility of playing in the English Premier League situation. No offense to anyone but I have seen him missing so many easy chances. And a lot of times those chances could have actually won his team the match. He is doing those in the serie A  playing for Roma.

He isn't an injury player, what makes him get injury most times is because he is the king of samba football. He holds the ball longer than others in his feet and that tends to injure him the most.
But I don't see the possibility of Neymar going to England to play football rather he might return to Spain.

In the case of Jude Bellingham, I can not see him going to Chelsea anytime soon. He’s presently being sought after by big European clubs like Manchester City, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Liverpool and now Chelsea. I think he’s likely to go to Liverpool than to go to Chelsea. If he comes over to Chelsea, I bet he would seek some playing time and with so many midfielders players in Chelsea (though injured at the moment)it won’t be easy.  More also, the little influence the father would have in his decision making. He’s young and needs a lot of playing time and needs a club that would give him just that.

I'd say that Asensio will be more suitable and maybe will be able to adapt faster in Manchester United because there are Varane and Casemiro who are his ex teammate.
However, maybe it will be harder for him to get into the main squad because there are many other current United players who are in the same position as him.
If he wants better competition, Premier League is better than Serie A IMO but if he wants something like guarantee position in the team, I think AC Milan will be a better option.
