Chelsea program is for the long term. Last season Manchester United, Arsenal, and Barcelona did the same by signing talented young players. Perhaps the problem now lay with Potter. Chelsea's future depends on how Potter manages players going forward. Even though at the moment he is very doubtful because he is unable to produce good results, in my opinion, everything takes time to make the squad ideal. Another solution is to replace him with a coach who is able to develop young players like Arteta, Xavi or Erik Ten Hag did.

Despite the fact that Chelsea is trying to build their team for a longer time, that should not be a reason to not do well along the line. It's true that it takes time to actually build team. But what I can see from Graham Potter base on performance, He doesn't seem to be the right one to take Chelsea to the espested destination.

I know building a team takes time but Graham potter have had lot of time to improve the team but no still good performance. Their is  no sign of Chelsea improving , that means Graham is not fit to do the job even with the players Chelsea have signed in so far.

Liverpool are still feeling confident about signing Bellingham. They don't think they would be more disadvantageous even if they finish this season without a single title or another achievement. But I'm not thinking that Bellingham would like to join a team that even fail in qualifying for the Champions League. They are still continuing to get bad results in the league. This is just making them far away from top 4. A player like Bellingham would like to continue to be a part of the Champions League.

At that point Real Madrid would be even more advantageous to sign him. Bellingham was already prioritizing them though but the recent situation can also help him make up his mind.

Now I can understand for footballers to return to their home country when they are closest to quitting football.  They played away from their country for years and missed their country very much.  Before leaving football, they may want to go to a team of their country for a few years and breathe that atmosphere again.  Marcelo's decision should be exactly like this.  Al Nassr wanted to sign him and he could go to that team and make good money.

With his condition that he didn't have a club at that time receiving offers from any club would definitely be his priority no longer choosing which one would make a good offer, and Al Nassr wanted it to be just a rumor and Fluminese were serious about making an offer and he accepted it and with his age the option would be very limited is not the same as when young.

It won't be a bad thing for both Giroud and Milan to part ways. Things come to an end. If Giroud wants to play football somewhere else then it's fine. He's already used to the EPL so it won't be a very difficult situation for him.
Milan also have a lot of time to look for a replacement since it's the summer that Giroud would be leaving. There are a lot of exciting top strikers that would love to play for Milan. They may not be as experienced as Giroud but they can deliver and that's all that matters.

If Giroud wants to return to an EPL club I think that's good enough, but the level of competitiveness in the EPL is so high, I doubt that Giroud will be able to compete with the younger players. Even if he rejects the offer of a contract extension, I think he'd better go to another club in Serie A because there will definitely be other clubs who want to sign him in the summer.

Chelsea's condition is increasingly uncertain. in fact they just got a defeat against the Spurs, this defeat adds to a series of bad records in six games without a win. I absolutely agree with @Mimiklinton because Graham Potter is not going to be able to actually bring good results with Chelsea. Doesn't matter how many great players are in the squad. And we all know that the squad of Chelsea is not bad at all. So if at this moment Zidane comes as the coach of Chelsea it is going to be very good for them and also a morale boosting move for the players as well.

Actually, another thought came into my mind. What if Zidane does not like this squad? What if he wants to make more big changes if he wants to come on as the coach? No one plans to fire the potter that Ben Jacobs said and obviously this will be maintained to continue his project with Potter this season.
Potter always made a lot of mistakes even though many talented players I did not know what the strategy that became a way out was clearly a series of matches because they had never won for the last few matches and that was unfortunate by Chelsea fans.

Oliver Giroud is a player that in terms of performance doesn't hide in whichever team that he finds himself, Since he was moved from Chelsea to AC Milan, he's contribution to the team is clearly seen, basically he's goal scoring ability. Liverpool have very obvious midfield problems but despite this they have been very slow in the winter transfer window. I really wouldn't want to be in Klopp's shoes. They're acting like they're trying to make Klopp helpless right now. Even Liverpool signing Jude Bellingham may not be enough. I think they need to catch up with the competition and they need to sign a few more quality midfielders to achieve that.

There are too many clubs making offers for Bellingham; only a wise decision will bring the up-and-coming talent to prominence. He's young and already performing at a high level. Outstanding midfielder Jude Bellingham has extensive football experience. He is a vital member of Borrusia Dortmund and a talented player overall. Neymar is the best option for them to get rid of right now because the Brazilian forward has been plagued by injuries and inconsistency on the field. Olivier Giroud is an old player who would not be given more attention by big teams right now. Those clubs bidding for him are the best fit for him because he will get more playing time with them than with bigger clubs. He's an experienced player who will add more value to any team he joins later.
