I've read the story on other websites as well, but we'll have to wait till the club makes an official announcement. Pochettino joining Chelsea should be a great bonus for them, and he'll assist enhance the team's playing standard after a disappointing season this year. With Pochettino's wealth of Premier League experience, guiding Chelsea to become an admirable Premier League team next season should not be a difficult task for him.
