Definitely, the players are not going to stay. There is no reason to stay when they are approached by other clubs. According to the source above, Real Madrid are planning to make an offer for Roberto Firmino soon. Actually this has been rumoured for some time and it looks like they are serious about this transfer. Firmino is actually only one of their targets right now. I agree with the idea that Pochettino needs time. I hope Chelsea club managers will show him the patience he needs. So, they should be at least as patient with him as they were with Graham Potter. They have had an unstable and poor performance this season. The transfers they spent millions of dollars could not contribute to the team. I hope the experienced coach Mauricio Pochettino manages to reverse all this bad process. Actually, after a good striker transfer, I think he can level up the team. I hope they transfer the right player to the team this time.

The result from pre season will be determining how good or bad poche works for chelsea. There are so many problems that must be solved as soon as possible.
