Poch is a premier league proven and has an excellent record working with young players. But should someone ask me if he is the perfect replacement I would say NO because he doesn’t have any trophy to show for it. There was a really bad call with a really bad timing for the team for example. They decided to replace the coach in a very critical time period of the season and expected Tuchel to do some magic in a short time after his arrival.

This was the most interesting and amateurish move by Bayern Munich in my opinion. Nagelsmann and Tuchel didn't do a very different job so far. Tuchel could have still been brought here by the end of the season which was more sensible.
