Ac milan has not yet finished in renewing leao's contract. that's why chelsea is still thinking to get him from ac milan. Chelsea is now being linked with so many names. Chelsea is also interesting to buy lautaro martinez from intermilan as well.

I absolutely agree with @harapan because both of them can actually play for better teams. If they are actually willing to move they can move to other clubs which are performing better. There is no reason for them to actually play for Chelsea right now when Chelsea is not even playing in the Champions League in the next season. Chelsea might actually be interested in them.

But what is the point of selling Xhaka to finance a transfer that is supposed to replace a different underperforming player? Xhaka literally starts in every single game and hardly gets substituted. His scores are also ok with five goals and seven assists. If Declan Rice is supposed to replace Thomas Partey, who is going to replace Xhaka then? It's good if Arsenal can sign Declan Rice because they're lack of good central midfielder. Arsenal had sign Jorginho, but it seems he's not really that good. Partey usually replace Jorginho, he's worse than Jorginho. So if Declan Rice would join Arsenal, he might be included as a starter line up for Arsenal.

In my opinion, the long process is a benchmark for every player to grow and develop. Improving performance and gathering experience at several clubs will produce quality players. Leao is currently still defended by Milan and as long as Leao himself doesn't want to leave, it will be difficult for other clubs to sign him. Talking about the level of Mbappe and Haaland I agree that Leao still can't be between the two. In fact, I prefer to include Vini Jr in Mbappe and Haaland circle. Where did you see that? As far as i know that if real madrid was deny such rumor caused by the club already had vini. There's no need to sign him. mbappe can go to the another club. Real madrid never had an intention to sign him as the club has a superstar called vini jr.
