I have read similar news a dozen of times now during his time at Bayern. But every time when I check his transfermarkt data, it says he plays almost every single game and most of the time he goes the full distance. It can't be an issue for him that he wants to play more. If you play for Bayern, the competition is strong. I think that is normal. But he has one more year contract now. It could be a strategic move to push Bayern to increase his salary or to really use this moment as Bayern knows it is the last chance to make some money from a transfer. You are right, Kai Havertz has lot of potential and I feel it. They have played him out of position in all the matches while generally his main position is attacking midfield (from Leverkusen days). I think if they properly understand his position where he is comfortable then he can do a lot of contribution than what he is doing right now.
