This news was not true and manchester city has even made clarrification regarding this. I think everything is clear regarding the rumor de bruyne approached by saudi club. Manchester city has been offering him a new contract and he will stay at manchester city for a few years more.

Right now I think he needs to go to a club that has a good amount of money and also will be able to give him time. otherwise, he will not be able to something in the success that the club is going to want from him.
