Sancho departure was the end of the dispute within Man United, in Ten Hag mind Sancho was a disease within the team. Now that all disputes have been temporarily resolved, Ten Hag can manage the dressing room without any more disturbances from his players. For Sancho, this is a second chance to rebuild his sinking career, Dortmund as his old home will be the right place to show again that Ten Hag was wrong to ignore him at Old Trafford. Bonucci’s time at Union Berlin was a period not to remember for him because he actually didn’t enjoy it because the club has actually been in crisis and that doesn’t only make him want to leave but he was relegated to the bench at the club. A move to Fernabache seems the right call for me at least he will get more playing time than this Union Berlin. Jordan Sancho move to Dortmund is actually great for both parties. In Manchester United perspective it will help reduce the wages on their list, as for Sancho this will help him get a second shot at top football and Dortmund definitely needs him to push more for the title.

They know Mbappe's contract with PSG will be over soon, that means there is no transfer fees to sign Mbappe. Those clubs just need to negotiate about Mbappe's salary. However, I don't think this will make Real Madrid harder to sign Mbappe. Everyone must agree that Mbappe seems to prioritize Real Madrid for his next club.
