I think it's quite challenging for Haaland to move to Real, at least not until the end of this season, even though the release clause is £86 million, which is within Real's reach. The Mbappe deal is still unresolved, and between Mbappe and Haaland, Real prioritizes signing Mbappe. As long as this deal is not finalized, it's challenging for Real to shift focus.
Moreover, Haaland is genuinely happy at Man City; here, he is a hero and a key player. Moving to Real might change the dynamics, and everything may not revolve around him anymore.

A good challenge and this is the only best option if Mbappe is difficult to bring in then Madrid will replace him with a much more suitable player. Benzema has been linked to both Arsenal and Manchester United not just Chelsea, I feel like he'll do good wherever he finally decides to switch too, as much as they have attacking midfielder's ready to supply him with passes. I would like to mention that it appears Benzema may have chosen to deactivate his Instagram account instead of permanently deleting it, despite having a massive following of 75 million users. It doesn't even make sense if he was deleting his instagram account caused by that. he has a very strong mentality and that's the problem. So, will benzema try to recreate his instagram account again? He knows that if there will be lots of his fans will be attacking him. I think Haaland joining Real Madrid is unlikely right now. Manchester City values Haaland, and his contract continues until 2027, so they wont let him go easily. Mbappe is more likely to join Real Madrid. Rumours of a personal deal between Mbappe and Real Madrid seem imminent.

In PSG, Mbappe is one key man that they don't want to give off yet. Even though his contract is set to expire by summer, they still know he's advantageous and would want to keep him.
