The league is only just starting, with four games played, but it already looks like it's impossible for Manchester United to win the EPL this season, that's how bad they look to me. Some years back, how dare your write off united from competing for the Epl title.

Man Utd should better hire better scouter and focus more on young talents that would be cheaper to the team as well.

They are certainly not after signing star players and what Ole seems to be looking for is a quality player, a fighter that will influence Man United winning and if they couldnt find what they need they can still sign new player outside the transfer window on an emergency basis. However, there are still some players in the transfer market.

It is true that Manchester United, right now always eyeing high-priced star players, for example when Manchester United wanted to buy
Jadon Sancho, which in my opinion is very expensive. It's different when Manchester United are still being coached by Ferguson who buys

I think they best thing they could do is hire a serious coach, somebody who had had success previously in a top European league. Solksjaer is a little out of his depth, great players would probably be more likely to join if they had a more established manager.

Yup, they have a money and if they are want to be great club again to compete for the title with Liverpool, City and Chelsea, they need top coach. Of course if we look for his stats, maybe not bad enough, with 54% win for 95 matches. But, MU need new era but not with solskjaer. I think simeone is one of best coach may MU need to try.

It’s really amazing how much money Manchester United has spent on a lot of players in recent years and how small their results have been in recent years.

Exactly! It seemed like you just borrowed the idea from my mind. For some very good reasons, it seems that Alex Ferguson was Man United and there is no Man United without him. This is the case as, Man United now don't seem to have a vision. They are just playing with a mind set of qualifying and compit in the Europa which shouldn't be, they've had pretty much a lot of bad games from the previous season and has carried it into the new season despite the money spent on players.
Hopefully, the arrival of Edenson Cavani from PSG to join the team on Monday would up the game for them but still, I still don't see their vision changing and focusing on being a better title contenders against Liverpool and Manchester City.
Sadly his to isolate for 14 days and won't be training with his new team mates hence, his bound to miss at least 3-4 games or more at the moment.

To be fair to the successor of Ferguson, he also at least in his last season bought success. The team he handed over was old and breaking, while competing teams were not yet set up in a way to challenge and had very bad luck too. Remember he splashed out money to buy that Dutch guy van Persie from Arsenal, so in one move killed Arsenal AND won the title with one man.

Paul Pogba opened a door to a possible tranfer to Real Madrid, he can signs for free in 3 months if Man United can't extend the contract.

They should have an unilateral option clause for the extention of 1 year on his contract but we are getting close to 1st February now...

Liverpool has signed Marcelo Pitaluga, A 17-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper from Fluminense. While Liverpool just made the announcement a couple of hours ago,  I think the deal took place days ago before the transfer window officially closed and got delayed maybe due to paperwork or some other  issues. The transfer fee wasn't disclosed  as well.

The premier league is tough but I think he'll make a fine stopper for us since he'll have the reliable Allison to nurture and help him grow. Also, I'm glad we have someone to compete with Adrian for the second choice spot. Adrian hasn't done so well in the absence of Allison - cost us one too many opportunities like crashing out of 2019/2020 champions league.

It is good news for Madrid fans like me. Real Madrid can have a high chance to sign him if Man. United fails to extend his contract. Pogba is a talented young player, he is perfect to play together with Modric or Kroos in the midline of Real Madrid. As he is still young, he also can be targeted to be a successor of Modric or Kroos someday. Well, I hope Real Madrid management will be interested in this news.

Nobody can reject real madrid charm , it is too hard to leave it behind and so do with pogba feeling now.

I think Man. United has planned the solution for Pogba. AFAIK, Man. United isn't like Barcelona which can let their top players to go with a cheap price. Let's see how Man. United and Pogba to deal with this situation.

Paul Pogba's position has shifted a bit to become a defensive midfielder under Bruno Fernandes so that this is a bad step for Pogba in developing his playing career, I think Pogba will not reach a good level if he continues to be behind the attacking midfielder. Maybe Solkjaer wants to provide a good position for Paul Pogba so he can get a brilliant performance and continue to be the solution for Manchester United this season to win the title.

Pogba is one of the most lazy and overrated players in world football. He has an occasional good game followed by 15 horrible performances and I doubt it that they are waiting for him in Madrid with open arms.

Real will probably go hard for Mbappe next year, if Pogba goes there he will go on much smaller wages and will definitely not come as a superstar. I see him more in an Inter squad than in Real one.

Now he is rumored to be going to Madrid, whether he can show this talent the same as when he played for Juventus or not. Pogba is a joke these days, he came to the PL with massive potential & a huge transfer fee. He’s failed imo, he hasn’t justified his transfer fee or reputation. I challenge anybody to convince me he’s a world class CM.

Totally agree and not just saying this as a Spurs fan or a United hater (which I am not hehe) but Pogba playing is so lazy I am surprised he managed to last in EPL until this day. Kane also looks lazy but you can see him saving up his energy for bursts,,, but Pogba is all around jogging even when losing.
