These bans will be lifted as long as barcelona will able to comply with FFP rules to raise specific amounts of money. AFAIK it must be 100 millions as the minimum but it can be more than it. La liga has banned barcelona to add more players until it will able to comply with the rules. Barcelona must have sold some players to cash in some money in order to comply with it.
