I think that the most suitable team for Messi is Manchester City. I would like to see him there and I hope Manchester City make a move for the transfer. The playing style of Man. City is quite similar to Barcelona's. I am not sure that PSG would be a good move for Messi.

I agree with the possibility that PSG and Manchester City will wait until the end of the season to sign Messi, even though the two teams are rich,
but the current pandemic situation must be wiser in buying players. Messi's age is not young anymore, so it is impossible to spend large amounts
of money to be able to bring Messi. If they can get Messi on a free transfer why not do it.

Because, if we are talking about Need+Urgent in business, Madrid will increase the price of Brahim, I don't think will be a players like Adil Rami anymore, he agree to get lower salary and use some € to help Milan for his transfer from Valencia to Milan.

Yeah there is a bit of problem going on around. Not sure what is going on actually. There are lot of rumours flying of some fight between players and now this. Maybe this is what is happening. Arteta is a very good and strict manager. We already saw what happened with Guendouzi so have confidence in Arteta that he will get this settled. They started so well this season with 3-4 wins but they fall apart after that. I think this will get resolved but I hope its not too late.
