I would rather see Tuchel to replace Conte at Chelsea if Conte had to get away from his position as manager. Tuchel already has quite good experience as a young coach, at least Borussia Dortmund became a terrible team under his care. So rather than taking an old coach, Tuchel could be a better option.

from what I'm constantly hearing is that Tuchel have reached an agreement with Nasser Al Khelaifi and he will be their next manager he is considered a better version of Emery. Tuchel is a strong tactician with disciplinary style of play that makes him suitable then many other big names like Mourinho Ancelotti or Conte.
I think it will not be announced yet at least they will wait until the season ends. The problem is that some of the players don't like the German Manager as their coach and to be exact the Brazilian players wants Luis Enrique instead as some of them already fimiliar with when he managed Barcelona.

Probably the reason is because Abramovich want an instant result therefore appointing top elite manager would be better than giving chance to the young one.  Take a look at klopp, he is a young coach compared to the other and he had a good result in bundesliga but it took him several months before bringing liverpool back until it is like today

I'm with you over Shaw a move to Barcelona is not going to help him develop a lot he needs more playing time and Evertone will be great place for him Being is getting older and he will be good successor for him and probably he will learn something from him while for Kroos and Vidal I would choose Kroos every time he is much  younger and achieved a lott with Bayern and Real Madrid like 3 Champiosnleague titles plus a world cup. And the lastest rumors for Martial is that there's a chance to him to be included with Pogba for a swap deal with PSG to get Neymar I don't think this will benefit a lot United as they will be losing two players for one that that they already covered by Sanchez unless Neymar would be playing on the right side but that is not his favorite position.

I am yet to see the full potential of Luke Shaw ever since he moved to Old Trafford and though there has been some injury problems, I believe that he is just not motivated enough to prove Mourinho when he s criticized for performances which has not been consistent enough.

With the financial might and appeal that Real Madrid has, It's actually a few players and managers that are able to say no to them but I think Salah will not be that ungrateful to abandon Liverpool and join Real Madrid when he has only played a single season for the merseyside club.

Real Madrid must be very keen on buying Mohamed Salah, but Liverpool must be firm if it wants to defend Salah, do not let loose. Liverpool have lost Coutinho, lest there be the same case for Mohamed Salah. Mohamed Salah is a differentiator in the Liverpool game, yesterday without Mohamed Salah, Liverpool could not score against Everton.

Chelsea and Arsenal manager target Thomas Tuchel have signed a deal with the French champions PSG the deal will keep him at Paris for 2 years. Not sure if he will be a success at in Europe for PSG but he brings discipline and good tactics for the team and with the ressources that they have he will be delivering better then Emre.

Why? Is managing Chelsea bad for any manager's resume? If I were a young and upcoming manager and Chelsea has given me an offer I would take it in a heart beat, with young and promising stars as well as a unlimited transfer budget is a dream scenario for a manager could have. Antonio Conte is also not bad his tenure in Serie A with Juventus proves it. It is just that the competition in the premier league is tough and Conte still needs time to adjust. Allegri is not bad as well he could also do the job and is also successful managing Juventus and has reached the Quarter Finals in the Champion's League.
