I really can't understand this guy. He is already a legend, probably one of the best goalkeepers all-time, he doesn't need to prove anything and of course he earned enough money. they will certainly prove nothing sitting on the bench. why he insists on a new contract and why he doesn't retire with respect?
Well it is not bad news at all, he is old he is not in his best shape but the cost is very low for Juventus for a second goalkeeper especially now with the Corona crisis. Lautaro Martinez seem has said yes to Barcelona The price for his clause is 111m€ https://onefootball.com/it/notizie/lautaro-barcellona-largentino-ha-gia-detto-si-ma-ad-una-condizione-i-dettagli-29571965?variable=20200328

I wouldn't take this as realistic. Barcelona has no money, they cut off all players salaries -70%. as far as I understood it was the only solution or bankruptcy. Also, some of the players like Messi, are not happy with that. I don't think, someone who's haven't money can buy a player for 111mill. Plus many of his latest buying is totally fail, Coutinho for example. They will be happy if Everton (probably won't happen because of Liverpool) or West Ham offer them 50mill. I think Neymar is only in his dream, especially now. btw. How is real speculation about Ronaldo's moving to PSG?

No news here in Italy so far, if they want him they need to pay 80-100m € cause he has 2 more years on his contract. I mean if he wants to leave he can leave but they need to pay. PSG should be under FPP investigation so if they will buy CR7 they need to sell Neymar or Mbappè cause Ronaldo costs around 100m/€ on the team balance.

I do not believe this speculation of Ronaldo leaving juventus for PSG, AFAIK Ronaldo is happy at juventus, and I really don't think all this speculations would have arisen if not for this corona virus pandemic that is really shaking Italy so much, the moment all this stops, I'm sure we'll see Ronaldo in a juventus shirt again. Ronaldo is 33, it would not be easy task for PSG or any other club buying him for 70 million and more, and that's exactly the price range juventus would definitely be requesting for if any team shows interest in CR7.

Too bad City is gonna have a hard time acquiring top prospects without CL football. And with this outbreak just getting started, I don't think clubs will spend as much on player transfers (for the time being) after this thing is over.

Martinez he's would be an ideal signing for Barcelona, He's got the right qualities to be a perfect replacement for Luiz Suarez who is approaching his final days at the club. Inter Milan would not be insisting on holding him to the release clause and would sell him for him for way less, However, they're still going to try make as much as possible from the deal.

Does anyone know how reliable this @DiMarzio source is? Nicolás Melameds market value is only about €300k on transfermarket, so why should clubs like Bayern, Barcelona or Real Madrid offer €8m for him? I actually never heard of him before nor did I see him play. His stats for the SEGUNDA DIVISIÓN B - GRUPO III are okay I guess, but not extraordinary that he would be worth €8m. Is he like some hidden talent? Does anybody of the Spanish guys here know more? An explanation would be highly appreciated. Bayern, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea are interested in Espanyol midfielder Nicolás Melamed (18) and are willing to trigger his €8m release clause [@DiMarzio]

The news about Marc-Andre ter Stegen's contract in Barcelona has continued to be the subject of discussion in recent weeks, the absence of an agreement with the club to make the German goalkeeper said to be leaving Camp Nou at the end of the season.
Bayern Munich seem to be the most serious club wanting to sign him, even though they have already secured Alexander Nubel's signature, according to Goal report, they will break the transfer record and have already set aside 100 million euros.

According to some rumors they are talking to change drastically the next market session. They are talking for a very long session, starting this summer and ending in January, basically 2 sessions in 1 with no breaks.
Don't know why they want this, can't think to any benificial from this.

What's your source on this complete nonsense? I highly doubt that FC Bayern München is interested in signing Marc-Andre ter Stegen for €100m? Do you even believe this yourself? Bayern just signed Nübel who will be the goalkeeper in 2-3 years. That's the first reason they don't need the 27-year old Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Moreover Manuel Neuer still has a contract until 2021 and just announced that the Chelsea rumours are garbage and that he won't leave Bayern this summer. Its very likely that he will extend his contract beyond 2021. That's the second reason why a Marc-Andre ter Stegen transfer won't make any sense. And the third reason is.. come on.. €100m, right after the Covid-19 crisis, for a goalkeeper they don't need? Thats just ridicolous.

- De Beek is better choice than Pogba on any day. He is one of the Ajax's golden generation players. He is a perfect fit in Juventus which is currently having lots of problem in the middle of park due lack of innovative play from current midfielders. - Signing Donnaruma will be a great deal. He is only 21 and already playing to his full caliber. He would easily end Juventus's goalkeeper problem for next 15 years and can become second Buffon for Juventus and Italy. - Marcelo? Why? Marcelo is now second choice LB in Brazilian lineup and Juventus already have Alex Sandro who is first choice in Brazilian lineup. - Well for me, Pjanic === Icardi. I won't pay any additional buck if I am exchanging my pivotal midfielder for 3rd choice striker. - Higuain is done! It would be better for Juventus if he's shipped as soon as possible.
btw. How is real speculation about Ronaldo's moving to PSG?
Zero!

Assuming 75 milion for De Beek and 75 for Paul Pogba, who do you want the most? and why?

Assuming 75 milion for De Beek and 75 for Paul Pogba, who do you want the most? and why? I won't pay 75 million for De Beek, at max I will pay 50M for him. But spending 50M on De Beek is much better than spending 75 on Pogba. No doubt, Pogba is outstanding player and had wonderful World Cup. But some of the French player got injured after WC such as Kante, Umtiti and Pogba. Since then they are off-beat and ain't playing their best game. We can clearly see that the Umtiti is playing sub-par since he recovered from injury, he's now third choice CB in Barcelona. I fear that the quality of Pogba will drop too once he is fully recovered.

What is the reason of this value decrease? I don't think that the postponement of the leagues around the world and the European competition should be blamed for that. This break doesn't make the players less valuable considering the fact that they do not play football during this period.

If teams will not play they will lose a ton of money or if they will play a lot of matches in a short amount of time they will have less money cause TV will pay less money to them. Also if they will play they will play probably behind closed doors another reason to increase the team's losses. So with fewer money teams will are not able to pay the full price for players, so if players want to leave they need to do for a cheaper price and their value will decrease cause no money will be added in the game.

Interesting, these stats don’t surprise me. I wonder if teams like Man City & PSG will take advantage if FFP is revoked & splash the cash?

Maybe not entirely, teams could be allowed to spend more by certain coefficient, but If it should be suspended you can expect some European Giant-wannabe Clubs to take a huge advantage of it and splash out big.
