Inter transfer market, despite the economic problems, has brought to Milan some interesting players. The management led by Marotta wanted to quickly forget the departures of Hakimi and Lukaku. The company's choice for the new coach has been Simone Inzaghi. The signings at the moment have been Hakan Calhanoglu from AC Milan, Edin Dzeko from Roma and Denzel Dumfries from PSV. I think PSG is playing a very risky game here.
They risk Mbappe leaving without compensation next year, for free, and they bet that their "dream team" will finally win the Champions League this season.
However, there are no guarantees in football, anything is possible, including the fact that PSG fails to win the Champions League trophy again and that Mbappe eventually goes to Real for free.
There is also a real possibility that UEFA will punish them for violating financial fair play due to too much money spent on football transfers.
So, they take a lot of risks because of something that is not certain.
Barcelona had Messi and a lot of other quality players, but they still haven't managed to win the Champions League for a very long time.
It is not enough to buy a lot of good and quality players, but you need to create a good and quality team, well-balanced and ready for big games.

In my opinion, PSG's main difficulty is the weakness of the French championship. They simply do not have the opportunity to build a team playing all year with strong opponents. Football players can be professionals and be as motivated as possible, but weak opponents in any case do not allow them to show their maximum capabilities, for example, the English championship is ideal in this regard - almost every match there takes place in a tournament mode and the teams fight until the last minutes.

Giving Laporte and getting Kane is worth the risk we are talking about. Kane is by far one of the best strikers in all of premier league, which is a very big praise and definitely not one that many players can say in history, so if you can get him then we are definitely fine with whoever player leaves, that is good for City, they can get Jesus out of the way to make room for Kane all I care and that comes right after Jesus had one of the best games ever under his belt.

I also think that this is by far not a done deal. Real Madrid isn't what it used to be and neither is Barcelona. He can now play with the best of the best. On paper PSG has a strong team and now it remains to be seen what they are able to make out of it. If you were Mbappe, would you go Real or Barcelona? Maybe Manchester City, yes, I would consider that, but the Primera Division won't by far be not as attractive anymore.

For a young player like Mbappe, performing consistently in a top, competitive league should be his target and the La liga isn't one of the most competitive leagues now that top players like Ronaldo and Messi have exited the league. My guess right now is that, Mbappe might still sign with Madrid but that won't be happening anytime soon. Maybe when his new contract (which he is yet to sign) expires. Until then, I reckon, he would want to stick with PSG and go on to win the champions league now that he's this close.

Man City are still trying to sign Harry Kane, so I can understand why Laporte would be sold. Because to increase the cost of buying Kane,
which is very expensive, but is it risky for Man City to sell Laporte?, i think with the depth of the squad that Man City has. Letting go of Laporte
won't be a big deal, although compared to other defenders, Laporte is among the best. I believe Laporte's role could be temporarily replaced

Some news sources are insisting on making the news that Tottenham will be targeting Fiorentina's young striker Dusan Vlahovic if Kane leaves the team. There have been still rumours about Kane to join City in this transfer window. And City are likely to make an offer worth a really great deal of money to Kane. But Tottenham chairman is still resisting City not to sell Kane now.

It is really annoying that the new seasons already start while the transfer window is still open. When you watch the game or check the details afterwards, the only thing you see is that Kane didn't play. They should really change that. As a fan of a club or soccer fan in general you want to know who is going to be part of the team.

Yeah but there is nothing to do about it. It looks like we will continue to see Kane news until the end of the transfer window or until City sign him before the end of the transfer window. By the way, Kane played this time against Wolves today. But he played for only 20 minutes. He wasn't chosen into the starting eleven. And I guess Kane wanted so. I don't think that it is time to talk about these things for Messi now. Actually, I want Messi to end his career at a European team.

Like end his serious career, even when he ends it here he is still good enough to cash in big time once more and be the best in the MLS. One problem I see though with the MLS are the strict salary cap rules. If I recall correctly they are very strict over there. Its still much better than staying in Ligue 1 for sure so even if he decided to leave PSG at the end of his contract and join Real Madrid as a free agent then Im not that surprised.

Until then, I reckon, he would want to stick with PSG and go on to win the champions league now that he's this close.

He clearly wants to go to another club because he has shown no intention on extending his contract but PSG doesnt show any sign that they will let Real Madrid sign him. I cannot disagree more. Football is a game of balance, you cannot have a great offensive line and have kids from the academy or fringe defensive midfielders playing at centerback positions. Kane is great, yes, but even without him City is strong enough up front. Without Laporte they are risking too much in case if something happens to either Stones or Diaz.

City has a lot of players to sell - especially in the offensive positions. I'm not saying they should just give up on Kane, I'm saying they should try and sell other players instead of Laporte.

Shaqiri, who was also sought by Napoli in this market window, eventually settled with the French club.Shaqiri didn't perform bad with Liverpool: he collected 45 appearances topped with 7 goals overall.
He is one of those players that needs to find the right environment to give his best but Lyon could be the right place for him today.

Speculation about Kane's move is still a good topic to talk about, but I don't think Tottenham will let Kane go this transfer season, because it will be very difficult for them to find a replacement for Kane at this time, especially  the transfer window is only a few days away. But as you say, if current Manchester City haven't given up on Kane and it's been reported that Manchester City have upped their bid by £150m to bring Harry Kane to the Etihad Stadium, would that amount of money make Daniel levy change his mind?
