Manchester united must take it into consideration that appointing a new manager is just a step out many. They still need quality players who will execute the manager's vision more effectively.

Manchester United are still not getting its acts in terms of proper recruitment of a new manager. Their choice of a new manager and players must be benchmarked above what is happening in Manchester City and Liverpool unless there would be no headway. In practical terms, only a manager and players who believe in a high press and have the discipline and stamina to achieve that and other related tactics should be recruited while the underperforming players should leave without sentiments. United are simply suffering from poor recruitment processes over the years. It looks like the players they have are just about what they could fleece from the Club given their commitment.

I really agree with your review, it seems that the problem faced by the Red Devils is that they have to bring in experienced coaches and coaches who are able to bring them back to compete for many titles, the proof is that they have bought all the great players, and are willing to bring in the most expensive players in the world. the world, but unfortunately even though they have many star players, but they can't do much, they were eliminated in the last 16 of the champions league, and now they will also lose their ticket to the champions league next season, if they can't recruit great coaches like Pepguardiola, jorgen fit and Zidane, I doubt Manchester United can compete for the EPL league title.

Both players are needed by Barcelona and they are the two mainstay players at the moment and this is an opportunity for the player agent to force the Barcelona management to increase the offer in his contract. Rengnick was just for temporary replacement, and he has done OK job in his duration and Pochettino is also good, but maybe he is also not right person for Manchester United as he is already having the worst time in French League with PSG, so he may be good for Spanish League.

These all are currently rumours and suggestion for right person for this club who is going to have his best deal with management is coming in April, so we have to wait for this announcement.

Barcelona are rumored to be releasing two of their strikers next season with Luuk De Jong and Memphis Depay set to be released if anyone is interested. Obviously these are still rumours, but I think one of these players might fit in at AC Milan next season if they are interested.

For Premier League teams, especially Newcastle United, I really want to know which players they will bring next season to strengthen their team. Their participation in the Premier League must bear fruit where the target of the title at the end of the season must be something that is mandatory for them. At least there is hope for them to qualify for the Champions League if they can get players and coaches who really have a lot of experience like Pochettino, Mourinho, Simeone or others.
